Same here, and that is the problem. However, it looks normal to me on Firefox. But yeah, that is what your avatar looks like when you right click it and choose to look at it in a new tab.

I guess it was an old avatar that didn't fully update? As if the image updated but the dimensions stayed the same.

A good theory, but Entry 22 took place before Jay even got the tapes from Alex (hence him saying "I'm burning these tapes".

22 is the last entry from Alex, but it still takes place in 2006.

 		Alex could be saying "I'm going to burn the tapes" because he didn't before, and instead gave them to Jay.

It doesn't mean a damn thing.

I prefer to think it's recent because Jay and Tim weren't "gone" in 2006, but they're "gone" now (Jay having locked himself in his room, Tim being Masky)
