It was a good one.

I really like that they decided to go with showing him/it during the day. Too many times, stuff is always shown at night .. like that's the only time things like that happen

If I'm remembering right, do these vids only distort during the daytime footage? There has been missing audio at night, but has there been actual distortion?

SM was awful close to Alex in #13, but it doesn't necessarily seem like he's filming every second of his life yet...just getting footage of locations. He doesn't seem very worried that his tape is running out, or his battery is going dead, whatever the case. He would have gone with J or by himself to get the replacement.
Nor does he seem worried about uncovering the symbols on the ground, though his filming does seem kind of frantic after the distortion. Hard to tell.

Also the first vid J has posted that allowed comments. Maybe this is another sign of him slipping or being distracted.

@DAV - if I ever see that symbol, I'm going to have to GTFO of my soiled pants.

As to comments being allowed... I actually kind of liked that comments weren't allowed on the previous ones. There's going to be so many "idiot" posts in the comments. Plus, it just kind of made it more eerie, having the vid and nothing else on the page (with the exception of the totheark responses) imo anyway. Ah well.

Going by the actual video footage, it didn't seem like Alex even saw Slender Man there. He just didn't seem as frantic as some of the other Entries. However, the video cut out so quick that it's hard to tell.

I mean, during most of this Entry, Alex was pointing the camera at the ground. So it isn't unlikely that maybe he pointed the camera in the direction of Slender Man and filmed him, and Alex been looking in a different direction.

this new video is really interesting, because it seems that this is either still during location scouting(seeing as J is with him), and if it is during location scouting, this is probably his first time seeing slender man, or it is probably before Alex started becoming frantic, that would mean a lot of things, it would probably mean that he was trying to investigate and find the slender man, and towards the end it almost seems like he is running blindly towards him, as if slender man was calling him. At any rate, totheark's response should be good.

I have to agree with what everyone else is mentioning on how this is probably one of the earlier sightings of Slender Man, before Alex gets all paranoid. If this is true, that would mean this is one of the first times he has seen that symbol.

I get the feeling that since we haven't seen any other occurances of the symbol outside of Alex's sketches (if my memory serves me correctly that is) that he might have noticed a connection between the symbol and Slender Man when he began his sketching (which would be it's relevance with the ARG). So entry 13 might be one of the events that triggers his paranoia.

It's possible Alex put the symbol on the ground in Entry#1, since I doubt SM would be standing at his front door instead of looking in the windows.

I've tried an experiment where I've tried to emulate Alex's drawings, and I've learned 2 things;

1. I have no artistic skills whatsoever
2. Maybe the symbol acts as a sort of magnet for the SM, or it could be a kind of calling card.
