Alright, so im completely new to this. I just watched all the vids and read most of all 46 pages of the forum. Its like 2:45 in the morning and i cant sleep from this stuff lol. but here are some of my theories, sorry if they're disproved or proved already.

I remember from the video where Alex was talking to himself in the car looking for the SM at night, he said the man told him to turn around.
What if SM Is trying to help him? i dunno

And the scene where he goes back to sleep or whatever, and you can see SM's shadow flow past and causes a breeze, lifting up the papers. That means he was in the room right? he couldve done anything, but he didnt.

this SM stuff is awesome and creepy. im not sleeping for a while. let alone going for my nightly walks lol

I just noticed that at :49 in Exit, it looks as if J is looking directly at the camera.

I just noticed a small detail not mentioned. In Entry#13, J offers no typed introduction or commentary before the video begins, which he had done in all twelve previous entries.

The World Ends With You

I downloaded the Exit video to my computer last night, and today while I watched it on Windows Media Player, I caught this:

It flashed on screen at 1:05. However, when I tried to catch this same moment on the actual Youtube video, it didn't appear. It was almost like there was a delay or cut in the Youtube video, and downloading it showed the additional footage or video.

Weird.

Been lurking this for a few days, looks like great fun... never really participated in an ARG before so bare with me!

But mm, given what The World Ends With You posted, it means he's asking J where the ark is. But there's no question mark... so maybe it's more of a demand?

Or, it could be directed to the operator as that's who was referenced at the start of the clip. "Operator - where is the ark?" Or, maybe an anagram - but not a popular one...

So either, J or the operator (whoever that is) know of something that is either physically an ark/boat, metaphorically an ark or an angram with the initials ARK. And totheark is either asking, or demanding knowledge...

It might be a hijack, but with the slowness of J's updates and the seemingly YouTube only nature of MH, it might be a fun diversion. Itmustbedone says "talk to me" and "directly," which I assume means that he wants us to send him direct messages, but on Twitter you can only do that if a person is following you, so no way to go down that avenue until he follows one or more of us.

'itmustbedone' replies pretty quickly, and updates a lot. He/she sent me messages. I asked "What do you know about what's happening to J and Alex? What can you tell me?" The replies included:
1. "hewas followingme"
2. "justlikealex"
3. "i tried to hurt it"
4. "but itwas impervious"

I replied with "What then? How did you try to hurt it?"

5. "it grabbedme."
6. "tightly"
7. "then I came back"

I just asked "What is it? What can we do?"

I am getting similar replies from itmustbedone.

I asked him about theark and he replied:

i think arkis not harmful

i survived

somehow

i now remember

and it ranaway

Then I asked him why he was being followed and he replied:

iwasfood

I'm pretty sure this is a hijack, and this is my first ARG experience, so I don't really know how this might play into the larger story, but "iwasfood" sent a chill up my spine for sure.
