@psyop I have Quicktime screwing things up, and I can't save that file to alter it in Audacity, but I can try if you can email it to me. Maybe that'll work.

EDIT: Right-clicked, saved it, managed to open it in Audacity. Not my Standard Operating Procedure, but maybe now I can join the fight against COMMUNISM! Or...something.

I used Noise Removal in Audacity, but my sucktacular skills filtered out the Majority. All I have to go on is a slightly left fuzzy "They Took Parliament." Also, If we don't know what the numbers COULD be, I'm going for texting. Y'know, like Seven is so many possible letters... But it's just my babble. I only say this because I heard a popping noise at the end of the clip, like someone hanging up on a phone, but it may just be the result of editing.

Thanks for the recognition Psysop! I was just messing with it in Adobe Audition but I rarely do audio work so it was just listening luck. ^___^

I was thinking Human Pet once I saw the mask but it looks different than the original to me. I'd like to see this go somewhere but the numbers are really hard to make out because of the background noise. The numbers don't really make anything at this point (IP addresses, phone number, etc) so I hope they update with something.
