TheObserver here again. Since the whole underpass thing proves that Hazard is within range of the PM, I got to thinking about our debunked library theory at Hazard tech.

It was obviously a library in the picture, so I did a little google fu and found the second most likely candidate - Perry County Public Library in Hazard.

http://perrycountylibrary.blogspot.com/

The link to this blog captured my interest. A look at the last picture ( http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_nmGchR2hjDI/SMGdrUYRO4I/AAAAAAAAABo/K99VHRD-SWA/s1600-h/Newlib.CAQBUVYP.JPG ) shows what looks like glass doors at the entrance, which could be what we had seen from inside the library in the video.

A second connection pops up. These pictures show construction. Could it be the construction sight with the Safety First sign?

I wonder if the PM has any connections here. Maybe an employee of the library or a construction worker himself.

Yeah but in the video the Library seemed in a place that was not under construction. :/

Looking at this site, and it would seem this might be a good place to check out as well. The first two things that I noticed were the possibility of this being the place where the safety first sign was located, and also at 2:01 in the video, you see the camera looking at a building, zooming into the window.

Could the building in the background possibly be that building? It probably isn't, but I'm noticing a similarity. Maybe it's a different location in the video.

EDIT: This might not be very related, but look at the bricks on this building.
http://www.perrycountylibrary.org/
If you look closely, they seem to have the same style and brick pattern as some of the footage at 1:10.

we're currently calling bubby combs to check if he knows where the rock is.
cuz bubby combs quick store is in Hazard 4.1 miles away from all this.

Both buildings are not related

1st one: Backbuilding is not similar
2nd one: the brick in the vid are not flat. on the 2nd library they are.

The Quickstop appears closed. Bubby Combs himself was asleep and seemed to have no knowledge of the situation so maybe his name on the overpass is just a landmark

Just took a closer look at the two. You're right about the backbuiding, but I'm still unsure about the bricks. They don't look all that flat to me. Though maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me.

We need someone to crack open the encrypted message. It's clearly encrypted using http://infoencrypt.com/ we just need the password. I tried WAITINGTOPLAY, Kentucky, theyshotthepresident and many variations of the numbers in audio (by the way, I'm sure the numbers are 01772231 75 89 02143) but no luck so far. Maybe the item retrieved will be the password?
