Actually, I'm inclined to believe the first digit is a zero, so that the string contains two zeroes. And thanks for the link, Chinga.

Listen to the audio in my slowed-down, cleaned up version. You can hear the numbers really clearly.

Two of my boys on the same thread. Okay, I'll watch. I'm no good with audio - puzzles are my forte - so hopefully something else shows up soon.

Ah. I went away for one day and there's a full page of more stuff. ._. Not used to that, but I can dig it.
@Everyone who mentioned thehumanpet:
From what I've seen, most likely not. The masks are the same, but the method and style is different so I doubt it.
From Psysop's clip, I heard the "they took the parliment," but the more i listened to it the more it sounded like something else. Might just be my brain trying to make more out of it than that because it doesn't quite make sense. Who knows, maybe it's a reverse of thehumanpet and is all about government instead of religion. YAY!

The page doesn't load for me. Server timeout.
Based on a google search and a whois (http://www.who.is/whois/youwillneverfindme.com/ ), I don't think this is in-game. I could be wrong, though.

I have doubts this is a phone cypher. 1 is blank and 79 makes (PQRS)(XYZ)...but if we were to do this we'd have
(PQRS)(blank)(PQRS)(PQRS)(ABC)(ABC)(DEF)(blank) for the first string.
Regardless of whether you hear a 4 or 7 as the first digit, that 77223 just doesn't lend itself to a word.
Edit: Oh, wait. 77223 can be space. But nothing else really works. >.<

Does anyone know what to make of this?
I have no idea which code pertains to LY, let alone know how to solve for it to gain a key.
Help please

Where y'all are hearing 79, I'm VERY much hearing seven five. You can clearly hear the "ve"...
And it seems like the vocal audio must be played forward on the original track. It sounds reversed on the...well, reversed track. Hm.
