EDIT: I thought it was interesting how if this was just random, the exclamation points were at the end..... and the only number in it is 2, but it's there alot... (also, upside down cross, Satanic reference perhaps?)
EDIT: ok, I'm a dweeb, the 2's are spaces.... please carry on, lol

Okay well this might not help, at all, but I did a frequency analysis on that code, just for time-saving purposes.

The letter's that show up are:
H, I, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, and the number 2.

Besides the 2, V appears the most frequently, followed by P.

It seems like V/P would represent vowels since they show up that frequently, but I don't know if I'm even on the right track.
On the website I used to do this (Again, not entirely sure if it's completely reliable, it had this to say:
"In English, you will have certain letters (E, T) show up more than others (Q, Z)."

Could this message possibly not be in English? E doesn't show up at all...
Just a thought. I'm sorry if I'm totally off-base.

I ran it from the numbers, as is. In the sequence, there are:

Thirteen 8s
Ten 7s
Nine 1s, 2s and 9s
Six 3s
Four 4s, 6s and 0s
and One 5.

E is the most common letter in the English language, T is the second most common. Next (Tied) is A/I/N/O/S so I'd guess the 1s, 2s and 9s MUST represent three of those five, I would guess.

From there, you go down the list (Google it) and see where it leaves us. Someone might want to try a simultaneous number analysis for Spanish.

So would the best method of figuring this out be to just start by randomly assigning letters to the numbers, and then writing out the words they make and try to decipher from there?

As long as you're methodical, I'd say it's better than sitting around waiting...

Alright, well I hope this gets us somewhere.

Also, look at the corner of the paper in the first picture. Am I the only one who sees anything? ;D

"So, something should be happening tomorrow on /x/."

Actually, I think whoever took these pictures just got the date wrong.

That's great, but I'm a little confused. Does anyone have the original picture he gave out as a clue? I lost my link to the original /x/ page.

Once I see the picture I think my question will be answered.

There's something in each corner of the paper.
What do you think the significance is?

Here's what the Bible verses lead to, for those of you who have yet to be updated:

"I am running, I will not give up. Do not look for bodies. They stay with me. I am god."

Yes. 663 has a cipher, beginning M9, can't make out the rest, in the bottom left.

6000 also has a cipher imprinted in the top right, but it's unclear.

The biblical references are going to need looking up by someone with that kind of time, lol. IT starts with either an 'o' (fifth letter of Genesis 1:29) or an I (fifth world)

He wants words:

Quote:
I am running. I will not give up. Do not look for bodies. They stay with me. I am God

Wow, narcissistic little bugger, isn't he?

EDIT: Darn, beaten to it. The other cipher will keep me busy tomorrow though.

dang, beat me to the Bible translation...lol
I also noticed that there are 2 different hair samples, which would fall in line with the idea that the dates on his profile are dates of the victim's murders... and then he says see you in October, so that's why there are 3 dates, but only 2 hair samples

Why didn't they post the pictures of the note?
Here they are:

http://zip.4chan.org/x/src/1249959061807.jpg

The second one is a whole bunch of new codes. Great.
