well first off, i don't think there is some "hidden code" in the business line. (as in a crypto-) I believe he's simply just trying to lead us somewhere.
i do believe the dates are his murders and his upcoming murder.
the guy doesn't have to live in KY to have associations there. he did say he visits. i think he lives relatively close by though.
my overall theory is this:
he killed his victims in KY, then took the bodies with him to where he is. Thus the contradiction of having the bodies with him but they are hid, don't look for them. almost like he's saying "I killed them in KY and i'm associated with them but even if you find out who, they won't help you with where I AM"
that's my take, and i'm trying to see where the second part leads too but i keep coming across camera info (SONY HC-1).

On another note... The PM keeps saying "This is a game"...

I could be reading way too much into this but is there any chance he means he's not playing by TINAG scenarios? It's just we've found no phone number or anything to try and call which is common in TINAG scenarios.. Possibly what we're missing?

First off.
I'm new to this whole thing (a friend showed me a link to this, and I find it very interesting) I was also thinking the same thing as sagese7en about the PM's home not being in KY.
That would be the only thing that keeps this whole thing logical.

Sagese, I honestly think that all of the links you've posted have NO relevance to this case. Thanks for the help and opinions, but you're just as lost as we are. You are also coming late so I get that you don't know everything that's been done. Just hang back and wait. If you don't you'll be just wasting your time and ours.

in detective slang, that's called "following possible leads"
you can't just give up because you're stumped and the PM won't give a nudge.
