I was reluctant to post this mainly because 1. It could be a dead end, and 2. It seems a little late for it. But I found some codes that are simmilar to the old codes we couldn't crack.

This one. They used code 0075, a code used by the germans in WWI. There are many other ciphers that have been used durring war time like this. The cipher of the department of sate, River series: Mohawk, Slater Code, etc.

The hill cypher is the only algebraic cipher I can find. Right now I can't make heads or tails of it.

I do feel like there is some strong Vogel connections but since most people seem to hate that idea I will leave it alone.
I think that the crowd has missed focused a couple of vital elements. He said that his hometown was in the audio. A key element is the siren. It could be a tornado siren but being that it was winter time that is ruled out. It sounds to me like it could be a Coal Mine siren. Ky and the Alleghenies in PA are both heavy coal mining areas. Also, the locations filmed during the siren sequence are about the most unique/ identifying shots in the whole film. One is clearly a library, in a school or a public library, the other is the building with the iron rails, and the other is the bricks.

The next potentially identifying point is the segment with the tower. Forget the Spanish sign, those are everywhere. The location did have some construction at the time but the tower itself is the unique part. It could be a mining shaft type thing, a granary, or a foundry, all of these usually have a siren like that.
Also, I am not sure if anyone noticed this but I am pretty sure he is standing in the trailer when it zooms in.
Remember that the car is parked right at the tower gate, that will be key to its location when searching on google maps.

I noticed that the numbers that are after the letters are 75, 25, 55 and 05 all ending in 5 and also many other mathematical connections.

HDN55 and CFF05 are both military grade electronic components, the leading manufacturer of these is Vishay. Vishay has a plant in Wendel, NC and also one in Malvern, PA. I have been scoping the PA town on google maps but cant find anything good. In addition, the location of Vishay is at Immaculata University.

Everything in the video screams Hazard Kentucky.

Maybe it's real maybe it's not who knows that what we try to find out. If that was a normal game he would give us clues more obvious instead of watching us running in circles. And come one people if u would be A killer who like to show off his coding skills etc, would you like to be found or just gain fame that you never been cought. If I was i would make
this game ridiculously hard or even imposible to solve.

About the Vogel thing - I wanted to write him a mail earlier already, but seeing as I don't want to be pulling the Curtain, and have not much ideas about how to write it, I scrapped it. Someone feel free to write, if you want..

That may be a good idea, if people really are wanting to possibly take it to that level. Possibly meaning if it really is him. I would say we should hear what other people have to say first though.

I do certainly have doubts that it is him; the scenario does not seem up to par, and I am sure he is FAR too busy to be driving to nowhere kentucky and placing clues. My guess is that it is someone inspired by him maybe. It is clearly not a real murder situation. How did the PM know about ARG's and this site? Was it maybe mentioned to him in an email through his YT account?

This DavidDavidson thing. Donald E Davidson in Covington, Ky, which is far north, and he is middle aged and again, too busy as he is an attorney. There is always the possibility of daviddavidson jr.

There is a DD in Louisville, and one in Manchester, Ky, which is in the "circle" of zip codes. He graduated High school in 1980. There is a prison there but google maps does not turn up any suspicious towers. If this DD has a junior we may have a match? But unlikely.

About the Bible Code from earlier; Wasnt it for a King James version? If so I know that episcopalians study that and there is only one of those churches in Hazard. Cant get a good view of it but the neighborhood does not look familiar. We should check out baptist churches too.

I am starting to wonder more about this church thing. Earlier the PM said 'find me you will see truth', and he also keeps mentioning that he is god. He might be trying to tell us something.
