[PUZZLE?] paintover post times

A quick search of this forum doesn't seem to net any hits regarding the times at which the paintover.net images are posted.

While the date goes forwards, the time goes backwards:

My guess is that this is probably nothing, but can anyone confirm that the quoted post times are real times? Or, can anyone see a pattern in the times or differences between them?

A problem is that, from the post numbering, the 12:46 post comes after the 12:18 post -- this is to be expected, chronologically, but perhaps not if the times were meant to be going backwards.

Anyone know any more, or whether this has been discussed elsewhere?
