it's not really them its an advertisement for the greenleaf center using random models, we asume he went there
there is one in CA
um hes been updating the first couple pages with new links so reread his website everyday and scan for new urls

No, I think he may be saying that the mental health folks don't "see" the truth....they're "blind" to it because of what they're used to seeing in those places...

That makes sense too. Although I think he is still, at least in part, using the actor and actress as representations of him and Cassandra, since he put "I am" over the eyes of the man and it lead to the page that showed his name.

Here is the original add for those who didn't find it:

I would think something other than this add would have importance, how would the PM come across it? So I'm thinking the date might be significant.

May 9, 1990 - lot's of 9's. Coincidently, the exact day my grandmother passed from cancer - a few days before mothers day as well - which would have been on May 13th.

Ok, so I have been playing around with the sickness.mp3.

If you listen to it closely, there are 3 section.
The beginning, the phone tones, and the part that kinda sounds like a voice.

The phone tones are, as someone noted, those used when a call can't be completed, so I don't think there is anything to gain from that.

In the last part, its actually one block repeated 3 times.
However, the last 2 blocks have another sound added over top of them.

If you listen right after the phone tones and then a little later there is a higher-pitched sound that wasn't there at the beginning.

So, I took the first block and subtracted it from the second block.
That isolates the higher-pitched sound. It almost sounds like voices in the background, but I can't make anything out from it.

I also sped up the last section to hear what the overall pattern was.
This gives a whispery pattern that sounds like RaGaRaGa repeated.

Might not be anything, but I am attaching the sounds to see if someone else can make anything out or build on it.

The "Voices" file reminds me of a bunch of loud, noisy kids at an indoor swimming pool...

oh boy

thanks for the welcome!

so i received notification that adam has accepted my friend request... i sent him a pm on fb but he has yet to respond back...

a few questions/ideas:

1. this business of the phone is eery to say the least... but if phones are involved (and have been confirmed to be ig), i wonder what else is too... do we have an address to the phone number (or a way of obtaining one? i know it says ontario, but there has to be more to this) maybe even a po box... perhaps there are other ways of finding ig material that happen to be outside the net? (again, i'm new so maybe this is crossing a line pms don't do... but should)

1a. do we know that the newspaper article is in fact real, is it possible this is also ig material disguised as a tool to build this story around? it wouldn't be hard to mimic a newspaper... as i read earlier, i believe there is only one link to this...

1b. if someone lives in the area (or within driving distance of the mental facility, can we get confirmation that the address is accurate on the ad? if it is actually a mental facility, then it's just a tool... if it's a po box, perhaps it's time to send a letter or find out who's name is on the po box?

1c. i really do believe that this was forged as the date has so many nines in it... we are also a year from the anniversary of that ad and if those in the picture are adam and cassie (yes the "i am" links to his name, but it is also over the man's eyes, and honestly, adam could have linked to his name using another device), then is it possible that maybe one of them owned it... do we know what either one of them did for a living? of course, it could have been a red herring (or scarlet trout)...

2. the mother knows more than we've asked... we know from the mother that cassie didn't want the divorce; the opposite of what adam tells us... unfortunately, adam tells us a lot of things that don't add up (no pun intended here)... but maybe adam felt she wanted him to go since she didn't believe him and felt that his gift was a sickness; thus taking this rejection as cassie forcing him to leave?

2a. do we know how cassandra died? is it possible that cassandra met her demise by the hand of someone close to her, who's memory of the event has been blocked by voices and visions? a 5 year anniversary of divorce could be a trigger for visions and voices, and possibly for tragic outcomes for cassie... perhaps because she wouldn't listen? btw, the name cassandra means, "unheeded prophetess" and "she who entangles men"

2b. it could be possible that this recent contact with ms. cassie that adam had could have been a voice he heard in his head as was described earlier by a fellow follower who's name i can't remember; much like poe's tell-tale heart, a sort of haunting?

like i said, i'm new.. i could be way off and in need of some good ol' fish slapping... but after a night of reading these posts and going over the presented evidence, i can't help but feel like we've come up short because we haven't taken into account all possibilities (including ones he hasn't suggested)... as we travel further down the rabbit hole, i feel as if there is something far more sinister going on other than the end of the world and a possible judgment day... i feel as if this need to save the world is a way of adam cleansing himself from something

i apologize for the obscenely long post... but with what seems to be 9 weeks until endgame (11/11/09), be that the end of the world, his death (the gasoline and matches may return) or something he hasn't hinted at yet, i'm grasping at every straw i can get my hands on...
