Sent mine in as well. I just took one from a couple years ago and edited a couple things for personal reasons. I like the approach they're taking and I definitely want to see where it leads.

Dear Sir:

It's my pleasure to be the first to welcome you to our team. With your resume, you proved to us that you have the skills necessary to achieve great success in our Institute. For your previous hard work, I applaud you.

We're extremely pleased to have you on our team. We're sure that you will be an extremely valuable asset during this special time—a time in which one of the most important advances in medicine is in its final stages of development.

We have high expectations of our team members. These expectations will be outlined soon. At present, please congratulate yourself on joining one of the most elite medical research groups in the world.

Gabriel Lorenzen, our IT director, will soon contact you regarding some technology pointers. Then, you will see the true grandeur of both our organization and Project Dolor.

Congratulations. I look forward to working with you.

Fondest regards,

Dr. William Darrell, founder and president.

Ok... took me a while to do a resume'.... felt too much like actual work! But anyway, here's what I came up with and submitted.
------------------------
Quote:

Ms. Anderson,
Thank you for your prompt response to my query. I apologize for not sending you an official "standard" type of resume. To be honest, I find them not to be that interesting and useful. Instead, I have chosen to send you a bit of information about some of the research areas that I have been involved in. While you will not find my name cited in any public documentation, that I because I have chosen to remain anonymous. Or more appropriately, I should say invisible. Even so, I hope you will appreciate the nature of the research studies I have chosen to share with you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

------------------------------------------------

Much of my research experience has been working with the very well known Walter Bishop and William Bell. Most known for the development and testing of Cortexiphan. This research has probably been my favorite project of all. The data on the full extent of this research is still presenting new and amazing findings.
Much of these findings have been published and can be found with a simple online search for Cortexiphan, so I wont bother to present details that are already abundantly available. (But there are other findings/facts that have not, and will not be made publicly known. I am not at liberty to disclose this information.)
I might also note that our research has been so astounding that a television series was produced. The series is classified as being fictitious, so as to protect the truth of our research. This was done as a means for our real projects to be more easily dismissed by the mass public. This has proven to be a great strategy so far. I mean if you reveal such phenomenal findings, no one believes it. But if you attempt to hide it, (like the area 51 projects), people instantly become obsessed and frantically paranoid. So we felt this was an excellent way to disguise ourselves, while allowing us to further experiment and collect more "subject" data.

My most recent research has been in the areas of memory creation/loss/control.

This is a summary of some of our findings in one particular area of this research:
http://www.uabhealth.org/4docs/19655/

Our research has lead us to discover a formula that will actually allow us to control when a memory is made in the brain, (and also when it is NOT). These findings, along with other related neurogenesis research, allows us to to basically turn the creation of a memory on or off. We have also learned that we can control the strength, or length of time the memory can be retained by using a drug formula derived from Tetrahydrocannabinol, and thus having direct affect upon the subgranular zone (SGZ), part of the dentate gyrus of hippocampus. It has been shown that this formula greatly enhances and effectively "cements" the memory in the brain. These memories are therefore stronger, and are permanent.

Can you just imagine for a moment, being able to control what a person can or cannot remember. These discoveries allow us to actually cause false memories that can be either temporary or permanent. We can also use a variation of this process to "erase" memories already formed.
This drug may be safely ingested as a tablet, food additive, or water supply additive, or may be injected. We are in the process of testing the effectiveness of the gaseous form if inhaled.
Implanting the "created" memory is as simple as watching tv. Once the subject has been dosed, they will retain whatever is presented to them as a genuine memory and believe it to be their own.
Our research in this area is quite extensive, and is still ongoing. Therefore, no other details may be discussed at this time.

Of course we have to present this research in a way as to be of a benefit to the public community... aka. researching alzheimer's disease, but the research and discoveries go much deeper than what is announced publicly.

We hope to one day be able to combine the two projects to produce a level of human ability/control, on a mass scale, that has never before been accomplished. But for now, we are temporarily in a sort of "holding pattern" while we await the findings of the success/failure of currently monitored test subjects.

-------------------------------

Thank you again for your time and consideration.
-Sincerely, Ms. AtomicSnowflake

I just couldn't resist having fun with it.. wanted to use deceptech as an employer, but couldn't come up with a way to tie it in as good. lol

I've never even considered being a double agent before, I guess that's what I'll do though, for twice the information. Better make a new e-mail account. Also has anyone sent an e-mail asking for information to the address on this page http://instituteforfuturemedicine.net/public-relations/ I just did. Wonder what they'll send.

INSTITUTE FOR FUTURE MEDICINE UNVEILS REVOLUTIONARY VACCINATION

New "Dolor" Vaccination Will Prevent Pain

(6.29.2009) After years of tireless research and laboratory testing, the Institute for the Future of Medicine has revealed its newest innovation—a vaccination that prevents many types of everyday pains.

The Institute for the Future of Medicine, founded in 1999 by Dr. William Darrell, is dedicated to innovation and improvement in the field of medicine. Since its beginning, the Institute has fulfilled its mission of "bringing the public tomorrow's medicine… today."

"Each day, millions of people needlessly suffer pain—from headaches, arthritis, or simply chronic pains. Painkillers, such as Tylenol and Ibuprofen, are often abused and may cause addiction. Additionally, their effects may be lessened with long-term use. With our new vaccination, people around the world will no longer be bothered by pain, nor will they need to worry about potentially dangerous painkillers," stated Dr. Sarah Chan, a lead for the Dolor project.

"Does the vaccine completely eliminate pain? No, absolutely not. The vaccination does not protect against sudden pains which cause an important reaction—like a person putting his hand on a stove. Obviously, this pain is an important signal to the instinctual functions of the brain and will not be prevented by the vaccine. What we aim to prevent is what we call 'unnecessary pain', types of pain that simply linger without cause or purpose. Headaches, migraines, and heartburn all fall under this category," said Dr. Ben Williams, the director of the Dolor project.

The project is still in its final testing stages and should be ready for production in mid-2010. No tests have yet been conducted on humans, though the Institute is calling for test subjects and researchers at this time for work on the project. Interested candidates for both positions should visit the Institute's temporary website as its normal page is redesigned.

"We are still doing some final changes to the chemistry of the vaccine to make sure it's absolutely perfect by the time we test it on humans," said Dr. William Darrell. "We are sure that this vaccination will completely revolutionize many aspects of medicine and we wish to do it absolutely perfectly. Human tests will be conducted as soon as we are sure of the safety and security of the vaccine; at this time it looks like tests will begin this fall. We are pleased to bring this fascinating vaccine for our tenth anniversary."

No, I just signed up to be a test subject, of course I also made a new e-mail address and signed up to be a researcher too. I also made another e-mail address to follow the twitter. Bleh, I didn't want to be connected with my other application IDs and this is my first real ARG so I wanted to get really into it.
