EDIT: They sliced some code into it, but I can't transcribe it right now. I'll look at it again as soon as I can.

Sorry that the letters are still too fast for me (while making dinner). From what I heard reckon it needs ROT13 to decode. @godisvoid: your link on the IG forum is a broken one.

Well spotted on the advert extract.

The code is much harder to transcribe than the previous ones, because more letters sound so much alike. Here's a working transcription, leaving out the "DOT DOT" the message begins and ends with, and the dots between each letter:

However, this is very much a working transcription, before trying to differentiate the letters. IN this, there are various possible equivalencies. In that transcription I've used just one consistently.

A / H / J / K
B / C / D / E / G / P / T / V / Z
F / S / X
L / M / N
Q / U
R
Y

I'm going to try and separate it out now, but it may be impossible without a white noise remover. Will try filtering through audacity first and see what happens.

Mine had a P and some Z's in it but didn't catch it all by a long shot.

However, neither this Caeser Cipher tool nor this substitution cipher tool got anywhere with it, so either it's something more complicated (which I doubt) or I have too many errors (likely).

Moreover, that transcription doesn't have any crib candidates for the word "Abby", which I wold expect, based on past messages. Hmm.
