Took your list Nos and added my own translation. Since all of my A's were your K's I just figured that I heard them wrong and left the K's bolded.

New update from S.C. on the monkeys with results being "inconclusive."
Abby has one again requested help with sending an encoded video message to T.C. in the IG forum. As I'm doing absolutely nothing at this moment and the second transmission is completely lost on me, I'll make an attempt. Anyone else who wants to can too, of course!

I think we're still trying to agree on what all the letters are...

what if we take all the ones we can't agree on and run thewm through one at a time like say i say ffvsv and someone else says ffbab what if we substitute eachothers i know it sounds tedious but hey itw worth a shot

Hee, I ran this through Adobe's speech to text software? Wow did it not work.
"He will do top three indeed it will be able to be the no he will do we will be he did it it all it all ball b hall at will he or she will be will he go no."
Maybe it can help anyhow, since that's what the program heard. *snort*

Just checking in before I head off to work with a real brute force suggestion: using a sound editor program, someone could cut the transmission up into its separate letters, so as to be able to play all the similar-sounding letters alongside each other, making it easier to tell them apart, or identify them as the same. I'm going to do this this evening if we've made no progress.
On the ciphers: if it's a Caeser Cipher (ROT-13 type) then the letters we transcribe matter a great deal, but if we have enough correct ones then it should be decipherable despite mistakes; if it's a substitution cipher, then the letters we transcribe don't really matter, as long as the right ones match -- but any mistakes are pretty lethal to deciphering.
There's another simple substitution that occurred to me, related to "Z1" or "Z=1", where A=Z, B=Y, C=X &c. But that's a lung hunch shot, and I got nowhere when I briefly tried it on a couple of the transcriptions.

Every time I listen to it, I change my mind on the letters. This is just maddening.

We need to solve the code from the second transmission. Hopefully I have given Abby an IG way to give us the correct code to work. Heh.

I've sent the file to my brother to see if he could crack it. Just got this mssg from him
"Don't know if this means anything at all.. But there are 9 series of letters, and then one R at the end. On July 17th, Abby received 9 primate cadavers and one regular one."
Could be a coincidence, or could be another clue to unlock this.
