Posting the password and contents of the blog here on unFiction is not the same as if I were posting those things to the accounts I'm using to interact with the game characters and websites. unFiction is "out of game" (see unFiction TOS). I put the password here - and the contents of the blog - for recording purposes and so that game lurkers can follow along more easily.

If the PMs punish the players for recording and discussing the game on an out-of-game website, that's their choice, but it's also not my kind of game.

Agreed, uF is OOG. Also, the post says at times they will say when something needs to be kept secret, and I just don't see this first post as "counting" since it's simply setting the guidelines.

This is especially common during the extremely violent outbursts which seem to consume the infected

So, from what has been posted so far, it appears to be along the lines of the 28 Days Later or Left 4 Dead zombies; i.e. not actually the "reanimated dead", but rather, humans who have been infected with a "rage" virus that makes them ignore pain and have a very violent nature. The post also says they expect the life span of an infected person to be 10-14 days. Whether this means they live that long and then "die" before reanimating, or live that long and then die for good, I don't know.

Does this mean they can run?

I'm guessing that the Infected (I hesitate to call something that hasn't died a zombie) will live longer than 14 days...because otherwise, it would be really easy to just camp out somewhere and wait for them to die.
