Halo Legends
Now with proposed links to "I Love Bees"

From: http://features.teamxbox.com/xbox/2447/ComicCon-09-Halo-Legends-Panel-Discussion/p1
There's a whole long article going into the panel discussion about the upcoming Halo release, but one little tidbit stands out in particular.

Quote:
According to O'Connor, "Halo Legends" will be comprised of seven different stories spanning the history of the Halo mythology, from the start of the Forerunner war against the Flood through to "not much further than the end of Halo 3". O'Connor even went so far as to say at least one of the episodes will feature tie-ins to the infamous "I Love Bees" alternate-reality game, which helped to build up the hype leading up to the launch of Halo 2. With the exception of the entry from Toei, all of the episodes in "Halo Legends" will be canonical stories. The Production I.G. entry, codenamed "Duel," will feature background on the feudal nature of the Covenant, while the non-canon Toei story is being crafted more for "fun and parody." The trailer showed clips from all seven stories, including what looks to be the background of a new female Spartan, as well as a full CGI entry showing Master Chief in a plasma sword standoff with a Covenant.

A return in some form or other to ILB? Wouldn't that just be fantastic. Very Happy
