[ARG][CONTEST]Blood Night Hunt A recent tweet by Jan Libby lead to an article about the trailhead for a contest/alternate reality game promoting the film Blood Night: the Legend of Mary Hatchet. There are a number of prizes available for people who complete the experience.
A few people have already apparently completed the experience, but it starts out at http://twitter.com/hatchetkills
The background of the twitter account shows images from the blog legendofmary.blogspot.com which includes links to YouTube videos posted by Jarvis Livingston (JarvisLives456).
According to posts by twitter user chaos_squared, the game will run until September 1st.
And that's all I've got so far.

Working my way through it now... it's more of an extended experience than a full blown ARG. But still- a horror movie and a chance at a $10,000 grand prize?!
I'm so in.

Yeah - it was pretty easy,. I appreciated the back story even thought I will probably never see the movie.
I hope that no one spills the beans.

I'm in but only playing during daylight. Is the contest open to Canadians?

How did you find them? I'm thrown for a loop.

Usual rules apply: if knowing the answers is going to ruin the experience for you, don't hover over the spoiler text. General way the game works: look for letters on the page, then hunt for the link to the next page.
The first clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
One of the tweets on the Blood Night Hunt twitter account leads to http://www.maryhatchetlives.com/ which has the T in "After the deat h of Mary herself" in bold. I'm assuming it's similar for the rest of the pages. "Ad" on the bottom takes you to the next page.
The second clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.maryatkingspark.com/ has the letter L in "isolation" bold (and very big). Link on the far right takes you to the next page.
The third clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://legendofmary.blogspot.com/ has the T in "ghost" bold in the article "The Wicked Shall Rise." Second image on the page leads to the next page.
Fourth clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.bloodnightlegend.com/ has the I in buried and the A in "abandoned" bold. Yahoo link searches for the next website.
Fifth clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://bloodnightmassacre.com/ has the H in horrific and the C in tragic in bold. Clicking on the "leave comments" image takes you to the next website.
Sixth clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.maryhatchetiscrazy.com/ has the E in beneath and S in silent bold. Clicking on the final drawing takes you to the next website.
Seventh clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.ghostofmaryhatchet.com/ has the V in evidence and the H in hauntings in bold. Clicking on "Links and Resources" takes you to the final page.
Eighth clue page:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.bloodnighthatchet.com/ has the E in murderer bold.
Like Wabonan, I found 12 letters. It anagrams to the final solution, which will take you to the final page.
Apparently though, there's more I haven't figured out yet, since the contest website says I still have more to find.
EDIT TO ADD: Nope, that's it: apparently, Internet Explorer didn't like trying to display the entry form (either b/c of a flash problem or a cookie problem) but this was enough using Firefox.

I worked the clues, got all the letters, and figured out the anagram. But I too received the message that I had not 'seen it all'. Does anyone know what I might be missing, or can you point me in the right direction?

I don't know where you guys are getting this message. Like, Email, or on the page itself?

From the page itself. After I figured out the answer, I went back to http://www.bloodnightmovie.com/contest/ and clicked on the bottom link that says 'click here if you have any new information'. After I click there I get 'If you see this message there is still work to do. Are you sure you have followed every clue and 'seen it all?'
Try Again'
I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Huh. I don't recall getting that message :/ Maybe each page saves in your cookies, try revisiting everything, even the links that don't do anything important.
