[Halo 3] Forge Maps and Resources

Doing this post out of a request from Krystyn. This thread is setup to showcase some really cool forgings that have been created in Halo 3 that my friends, aka a lot of unfictoiners, and myself have played and enjoyed. I also want to provide the resources for those of you who enjoy playing around in forge and want to learn more. First, the maps. More will be posted at a later date.

Race Tracks

Remakes

Mini-Games (these are primarily what I focus on)

Blast Off!! This is a game based on King of the Hill. One team is attacking and trying to get hill time while the other team tries to stop them. The attacking team has to throw gravity lifts at their feet and ride a block up into the hill while the defending team tries to shoot them down.

Elim Chamber I hold this one near and dear because, well, I created it. We've been playing this for a while and it is getting a lot of Shocked reactions from people in the forging community now that its public. Basically you throw plasma grenades at each other and try to wipe the other team out. The catch is, when your team dies they go into Purgatory. To get them out you need to throw a grenade into a hole at the back of the enemy base and this will release 1-2 teammates on average.

Fiery Deathball If you like volleyball you will enjoy this game! Basically two teams spawn on either side of the field and try to send the soccer ball flying into the enemy goal area behind their base. When this is done fusion coils will come raining down and kill the enemy team. Team to go the least negative wins.

Hot Spots Here both teams spawn with Needlers and one person from each team is randomly chosen to be the Battle Rifle person. The game is King of the Hill with hills spawning with odd shapes and requiring the players to do, or not do, special things to stay in the hills. In the hills the players are invulnerable, off the hill, not so much. When a player is off the hill the Battle Rifle guy needs to head shot them to earn points for his or her team. The other players on the team need to shoot the enemy with their Needlers to attempt to push the enemy out of the hill for the Battle Rifle guy to finish off.

Jenga Tower X This is an infection game where humans spawn on a Jenga tower made out of Concrete Barriers. The lone Zombie must send objects flying at this tower to try and make it collapse, sending the humans to their death. We've had hoots of fun with this map. Bit of a history lesson here. This map was the original Jenga map. Its not as fun as the remake but if you want to check out where it all began you can go there and check it out.

Mt. Mongoose Objective here is for the defending team to hold off the attacking team from flying over their heads and capturing a territory to with the round. The enemy team has to dodge fire from the defenders and the explosives laid out on the map and ride their mongoose to a man cannon which will take them up and over the heads of the defenders... to capture a territory to win the round.

Snow Mice What players do here is two players will spawn as the "Cats" who are actually zombies and spawn near a Wraith each. At 20 seconds in a gravity lift will spawn and allow them to get into each of their Wraiths. Everyone else is a human, aka "Mice" and must get onto their own Mongoose to attempt to live the entire round.

Tremor Valley Is a very fun map with only one honor rule, don't jack the Tremors, it will anger them. It is a one sided Capture the Flag game where one team, consisting of two people, defends the flag while driving the Brute Choppers. They HAVE to do this because they cannot deal any damage so their only means to kill the other team is to splatter their enemies. The attackers will have everyone else in the game on their team. They have to dodge the Tremors and attempt to capture the flag to win.
