i did notice the names of the contacts that we got the emails from, the original being the one we signed up with, is Melvin Smith, and our grotiangateway is Selvin Myth, i find that to be unusual, don't you think?

don't feel bad, codes are not my thing either, i tend to be more of a puzzle girl myself. but the shift might be a good start, not quite sure of the anagrams from the names though, there is no 'y' in melvin's name at all, so i am thinking it could be something else that is the link with them.
