I think it's definitely a fan made site. It focuses on events that happened during the original movie, it seems, unlike the other sites. That, plus the general tone leads me to think it's definitely OOG.

It's worth noting that the new movie isn't scheduled for release until 2011. Which means that (like TDK) we could possibly be in for a long campaign Very Happy
