How did this work at Comic Con?
What do we look for and what can we expect if we are in a location city?

I can't remember the exact launch details, but we had a time and place to meet. When there, we were given information packages and whatnot for completion of this hunt. We had to find pieces for the puzzle which led to a final location, where "Flynn's Arcade" was unveiled. Then they let people in from the line in groups to go and play the arcades. One game was the classic Space Paranoids game from the original Tron. If you beat the level, there was a screen with a code - share that code online or just enter it in the Derez page, and it would unlock portions of an image of the lightcycle, and eventually reveal the teaser trailer for people who couldn't be at the event. The lightcycle in the picture was actually at Flynn's Arcade, revealed when the main Tron arcade game against the back wall rotated to open a secret door leading to where the bike was on display (complete with thumping Daft Punk theme).
So that was the ComicCon event... no idea what this may lead to, but that's my current theory - time/places to be revealed for another scavenger hunt/game like that... but it's just a theory

I haven't gotten one. I don't even know what I was supposed to do to get one in the first place.

Maybe my wife and son got one and they're hiding it from me... those sneaks! Have to ransack my own house now... *sigh...*

Yay! After explaining to the post office manager for like 10 minutes that I was indeed Jane Doh (thank god for iPhones), I got a bit!!!!

It's a spikey orange hedgehog bit.

Quick question: has anyone searched for any names that are on the flynn lives site? I'm thinking of the Dead or In Love article (Fedra Wollinsky) or the game over blogger (Thadius Gnorf)? I'm just saying that if someone followed them on twitter, have they changed anything recently? Since most is what we're getting is related to the Flynn Lives site, it only seems logical someone from that site would "help"

hey guys i was scouring tron-sector forum during class and someone posted that they received an email from flynn lives regarding them needing people in these cities..i havent received an email so im assuming its false, opinions? i have a feeling this guys faking? lol

Got home, checked the zerohour site (no special changes) and checked the email I registered with - and tada! Email was there! Even better, I'm actually off work tomorrow!

With any luck, there'll be a Bit in the mail tomorrow too. Because of the time of day when the countdown completes, my mail probably won't be here yet - and I've got a drive to the nearest location I'm sure. Hopefully there's some lead time, enough that maybe if a Bit is forthcoming I can get it before I go.

I hope you are all as excited for this as I am.

ETA: I guess they know how excited I am, because I got the email - twice!
