 		Oh man! Those are the old Tron collectible cards from when the movie was out. I had a bunch of those when I was a kid, but never enough to build the picture on the back.

Though wasn't the same picture as the one on the back of these cards...

 		"Orlando" my foot... that *IS* closer to Tampa.

Even with my Orlando contacts, I doubt they would have been up to a three hour drive to go out there.


ETA: For that matter, the Madrid one is almost twenty miles outside of the city.

Nice catch! Found them on ebay, complete with the same numbers as the photos that have been revealed thus far. The image on the back of the cards was of that Tron poster, image 44.

search for "Disney's Tron 1981 Donruss Complete 66 Puzzle Card Set" to find the auction, which has photos of many, if not all, of the cards.

ETA: The cards had two #6 and no #9!
