If you can, help me figure out what this thing is. I know there's more information somewhere, but I can't get in.

Does anyone know what it is he is referring that he can't get into?

I'd suggest that you ask it be double caged or something similar, but I'm doubting your higher ups would do that. Can you describe any of the people you work with? Do you know where it came from? Its eye seems more like a reptile's than an amphibians.

Is there any deterrent to you quitting your job, or is it just a fear of losing the money? Or perhaps a curiosity of finding out what SC-289X is?

 		He said he needed help getting into a locked area in dynimix's system and I told him we have the site dynimix.com but he said he has never heard of it.

So I sent him an email asking for the actual website and am awaiting a reply

You can't very well be sure they're unrelated to the government if you are unsure of their other projects, love.
So have they threatened you, or are you assuming you'd be in deep shit if you quit? I'm just trying to get a sense of your environment, if you will.

Hi guys, been a LONG time since I was ARGing (I maintained the Wiki for meigeist and haven't done anything since), but I've been itching to get my teeth into something so I'll be following this for now.

Incidentally I did a search for Tyler Redmond and found a kid on facebook - not holding out much hope that it's not OOG, but sent a request and vaguely mentioned dynimix.

Also where did the email address come from? did I miss a clue?

 		if you click the cat top left it will follow the mouse cursor. click again and it returns home. Not sure how relevant this is.

Further investigation into the JavaScript code reveals a tooltip which for some reason didn't display in my browser:

find no matches on file. Displays reptilian characteristics, but must  
be amphibian due to the fact that it usually lives underwater but can  
survive on land. Have sent initial transmission to HQ about discovery.

Not quite. If you click the cat it wakes up and will then follow the mouse pointer, revealing the clue in the process. Until you click it again, then it's scared and runs back into the corner. Smile

Next step is to press him for the cell number for "special" access, I guess.
