Well let's see, I think after searching a short bit, I seemed to have

Okay, but seriously though XD ... Like others have said, I also hope this
actually leads to something, aka is an ARG....or hey even possibly a for-real person who is just being cryptic and very odd; trying to captivate.

No it's definitely an ARG - it's almost feasible in the way it is presented..a
person in trouble, gripping us in with emotion... he makes easy grammer
and spelling mistakes like most normal web users of today, giving it that
edgy edge... almost feasible but definitely planned and polished, complete
with a sleek and simple design and clever poetic writing style.

The clues aren't clear enough yet, or so it seems. But I'm sure it'll show in
due time.

I found it from stumbling (stumbleupon), and am very interested to know for which movie, or band, or maybe just a for-sake-of-the-ARG this will turn out to be.

Hmm, Stray Pearls?? The J Marcus I pointed to in my first website link
makes fine homemade reel seats for fishing rods... AND makes PEARL
jewelry.. alright I'm done :p

A serious question here - -

has anyone who lives in New York or nearby had the chance, or are they
planning to go to any of these exact locations he talks about? I mean
for the Nine Inch Nails ARG a big part of it, especially in the beginning was
all about the locations...finding memory sticks in bathrooms and such with
sound clips on them or codes and whatnot.

So maybe going to the shop there, or central park beside four girls who will be in the same exact spot for several weeks (XD) will reveal some kind of information or clue?

I don't think that much or any of what he wrote so far is meant to be very cryptic. If it turns out that the bold letters are part of a code, the suspension of disbelief is entirely shot to pieces...there is no way that you can type secret codes under pressure to be found. But why you would choose this type of layout is beyond me...

I was just making a lame-ish joke mostly, sort of an ice breaker..since I was
searching for the possibility of finding something, and found those results
kind of amusing.
It would be awesome if I did accidentally fall into some kind of connection there.

I found the THEYs pretty funny, too.

- It almost seemed like he was coming close to divulging some information
(code, code, received a code, etc.) but he makes it clear that he cannot show
us that info; rather that it is between him and Chen to work out for now.

He posted again. Said something interesting about being able to alter his appearence. Seems maybe like he can do it whenever he wants. Not sure.

The names in the picture all seem to be legit. All fitness instructors all found in face book or featured in the News for NYC. Still going over them all.

 		Hello, I'm new to these forums, but I thought I could attempt to help. I've downloaded all the pictures in the wordpress folders and found the dates/times of being taken. It seems the pictures while in the Apple Store are actually from May (or it is to throw us off - I doubt it thought.) Here is the dates as follows;

July:

I had just found Prey Tell's site through StumbleUpon today, so I'll provide my inferences as they come. I hope this helps a bit.

1st edit:
1st post: 7/24 Upper East Side hotel
Possibility - 222 East 39th Street, New York, NY 10016. Tel: 212.687.8000
Same general area code as later things.

Someone could call to check in about a recent squatter on their second floor.

Regarding the Columbus Circle post. What is that in the picture? I have never been to New York, so I'm going onto Google Maps trying to figure it out. Haha. I assume it's the time warner center and the sushi bar would be Asiate. Maybe. And I'm sticking with area's around Central Park at this point, as it's the most likely area (referring to the hotel) so the J. Crew store could be this one: 1035 Madison Avenue NY 10075 (212 249 3869) as it serves only women and Daniella was buying pumps, apparently.

Central Park: I could be wrong. He says he prefers the streets. I still think it all revolves around the upper east side and central park.

Park Avenue Gym: Too hard to even try to come up with a reasonable assumption.

Equinox: Fits in with the pattern of upper east side and near central park. The picture in question was taken with the iphone at 10 pm on the 27th. Instructors name is correct (Phoenix Carnevale) on Equinox's site.

As others have mentioned, it is likely that this is just a game. Nothing real.

The time stamps on the pictures could help with that. Citing the Equinox event as the latest, why would they send him a photo of that board 4 hours after said events?

This is all I have. I'll come back again.

2nd edit: Thinking about it. Why would the tags in the photos still be there?

Someone is just playing a game.
