Also, the first letters of "Secret", "of", and "Stark" are almost aligned vertically, as if it were saying SOS.

And, the top right corner of this supposed magazine article looks to be torn off, with what looks like a "t" that does not fit in the font/color of the rest of the title of the article.

thoughts?

i don't think there's much to look for. the "secret" is that iron man is tony stark (the arrow is pointing from the picture of iron man to the right, where tony stark is shadowed - you'll see that it's him if you brighten up the picture).
