Becka talked about symbols she drew on some paper from a dream she had. She circled two of them that were in color in the dream. The box she found at the geocache site has symbols all over.

I just posted on her blog to see if the symbols match, and if she can find the ones circled on the box, try pushing them to see if it releases a latch to open the box.

Aztec Calendar

So.

On Saturday, April 3, 2010: Becka posted an image on her weblog.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

The imaged turned out to be glyphs from the Aztec calendar and each
glyph represents a number.

In her dream, the numbers were moving clockwise. The two images she circled represent the numbers 11 and 13, and we can assume that because it is a calendar the numbers are dates.

When checking the significance of November 13 in the Aztec calendar ... it is found that November 13, 2012 is the date for a total solar eclipse in Australia and the South Pacific.

Yeah, you're right. I didn't realize there were very close-up shots of the box.

There are all sorts of places to push, turn, pull, and rotate on that box though. Looks like we don't really have anything else to go on at the moment with it.

I found a website that lets you type in a date and it will show you what it looks like on the Aztec Calendar. The symbols she circled do not match up with November 13, 2012.

The symbols she drew don't really match up with the Aztec calendar. I'll check the Mayan calendar.

EDIT:

I found a Mayan calendar also:

The symbols she drew match up more with the Aztec calendar than the Mayan one, but that one symbol she circled that is like a stick or a wand doesn't match up with anything I've found yet on the Aztec calendar

Hahah, well, I'm TheJenna. I followed her so I could keep track of the blog. Don't know about Patty, though, maybe another player?

Anyone have any ideas about the Nemo Nadie that commented on the 'Geocache Bonus Pictures' entry? The comment was already there when I checked earlier, so I'm not sure if it's a plant or another player...

Someone on the blog had already deciphered those pictures. If you look at this pic:

You can clearly see the long-shaped one is Hiuyo - Reed, and the person's head is Chi - Wind.

I'm wondering if the box is opened by blowing into it somehwere? Maybe sticking a straw into a hole and blowing into it?

Oh ok, haha.

Couldn't find anything solid on Nemo Nadie. I'm thinking maybe it's left by the PM to sorta just get things started? So far, that's the ONLY comment that Becka has responded to.
