The first one is the armanian rune (Guido von List's system) RIT: with the meaning of 'cermony', but the second one? A version of YR maybe?
= Cermony of the Mother?

BTW I found out that each rune has an body position and a hand sign. Maybe this can be of help to the interpretation of Rei in the cell and hand signs in the video aswell as on photos? http://www.magitech.com/runes/runereadings/Rune%20Postures.html

Kitsune (狐) is a fox in Japanese. Junsui sent me at the beginning of the game a youtube link to video clip from Kurosawas movie "The Dreams", with the scene of the Foxes Marriage (Kitsune no yomeiri).

It was (for me personally seen) a red herring, which let me think at that time, this ARG would be made by a cool Puppetmaster we everybody like here Smile (since he used Kitsune often in his ARGs). But it was a huge mistake, that Puppetmaster had nothing to do with this ARG.

Anyway, filename Kitsune let me think about Kitsune tsuki, kind of mental desease, which supposes to happen in Japanese villages, e.g. at the beginning of XX. century and before. This desease was explained by village folk as Foxes, who possesed the human body like ghosts: the mental ill person began to speak foreing languages, it supposed to habe intellectual discussions with doctors, who wanted to heal the poor village man/woman.

I'd like to think that, I really would, but we just don't know anymore. I think the PM is consciously making the effort to explain real world events "in game", so this may still be the case here.

That's Guido von List. He's almost definitely related to the current events somehow, but I doubt it has anything to do with the symbol.

Trouting myself:
The symbol on the hand is a reference to the "holy grail" or the male/female dynamic. Gwaschemasch'e's fertility cult made offerings to the sun for "the return of the goddess's child"
We can see the symbol as a representation of the sun entering a womb and impregnating it.
This symbol also signifies the sun entering directly into the temples at Mnajdra on the equinox.
The symbol is also a combination of 2 cyrillic letters that read "sui"
Sui is Japanese for water. But not only water, as water signifies bodily fluid, flow, and as it relates to the fertility cult, menstrual flow.

The main question is, why does Alfa-Tsentr use this symbol on their cam access?
Since its a 'hacked' feed, possibly its the Junsui's symbol, not A-T?

 		Don't know if this will lead somewhere, but if you go to http://junsui.shineisei.jp/junsui you can see a note "My Awesome Project" and the acronym for that would be MAP. Maybe the puzzle with the coordinates have to do something with login/password?

I don't think that the second rune is YR, here's the comparison
