It's possible to hide things in jpegs but it's less common because PNGs are lossless, while jpegs are not. It's therefore much more likely that it would be in a PNG if we assume that the PM does want us to be able to find it.

I think this is the only other one; the 2nd lock.
We now have two keys, and two locks.

I believe +6. But i do remember someone mentioning it may be close to one of the time zone lines...
