20 minutes?? How long are the videos? My screen abruptly switches back to black, then forwards me to the JNH site after about 5 minutes or so. Sometimes it only plays for a minute or two. The timing was rather random now that I think about it.

 		Eighty One Flowers
Has anyone come across any references to the Tao Te Ching in this big weird story so far?

The eighty-one chapters of that book are occasionally referred to as flowers, and there are 81 flowers that pop up on the front page of Japan New Health.

Interesting observation. If you take the site URL for Japan New Health and translate it. It can be translated into Real Immortality.
Taoism combined with the cult of immortality around 100BCE in China.
It may be clutching at straws, but it could be a clue of some sort.

Marketing speak: they're trying to increase their visibility internationally. They've got a boatload of hits already from the US, Asia and South America. Time to crank up the hit count of their Eastern Bloc presence.
