Tom, I'm going to mostly agree with you.

I think that the moderators should include one guy that is real cool on here, like TNC; and one guy that has actual experience when it comes to actually making this sort of thing. Personally, I like the idea of Chase, as almost all of the creators know her and get along well with her, and she literally follows all of the slenderstories ever at the same time.

I disagree with you, mostly: ndemeter's been doing a pretty good job of handling the people outright trolling. And really, what will the mods do other than that? Lock the topics of those who act in-character? IP scan everyone? It seems petty, and out of place in a friendly and mostly informal community like this. What a mod /would/ be useful for, would be being a voice of authority to get people to back off. And for the most part, they already are.

I also object to the idea of them coming from in the Slender Mythos board itself. I love a lot of the more high-profile members of this board as people, but I don't think anyone would disagree with me when I say that we can all be overdramatic at times, including myself. I don't think I would trust anyone to moderate with due fairness, and taking themselves out of the equation when it comes to making level-headed decisions.

EDIT: Also, requesting a topic title change from "A Unanimous Demand" to "A Demand". I feel this is necessary to avoid misleading the good people of this forum. Thank you in advance for striving for perfection in judgement and topic creation.

Well, I've seen no evidence of DavFlamerock's existence, so maybe he could be replaced. But I also don't know about picking some prominent member. A prominent member is likely to have made enemies, and a mod starting with enemies is in bad shape.

I'm with SolDL in this.
I've had pretty bad experiences in forums when high profile users turn into mods. Even if they can control the urge to be ban happy (something that is harder than it looks) they will start creating silly rivalries and some users will end up hating them.

And also, if your only complain is posting IC the simpler solution is ignoring this or telling them to stop it. And not play along after you tell them that since you would be making your point mute.
No one forces you to bump a thread and every author will notice the third time they are the only ones posting that it isn't working. Three bumps aren't going to make everyone forget they were following your slenderblog.

Other than the IC deal I haven't seen real problems that need the be mod handled.

EDIT: Also, you should really change the name, as it stands it seems like a new blog about the UN fighting Slendy or something like that. At least add a subtitle explaining this.
