I have to agree with previous posters here and theorize that Sotpyrk is planning to contaminate the water supply somewhere with something. (Likely Z1). that the picture included a shot of water, and what looks like a small landmark for direction finding, it's possible there was a dead drop in that area, but I wouldn't want to send anyone out there in fear of it being a wild goose chase.

Sorry booba, I should have done a new post instead of editing the old one. I was too curious what it says to stop just because the mouse was broken.

Confirmation:

On a hunch, rather than calling the Houston phone number, I did a reverse search and learned that number belonged to a cell.

So, on the same hunch I sent a text message to that number.

"Have you betrayed everyone? Have you joined the others?"

I got this response a few hours later (roughly thirty minutes ago):
