Would people prefer that? In my experience, it's much easier to deal with different puzzles in different threads.

probably easier to make individul threads for each one, since looks like we'll be getting more on each future episode...
though we do have 1 big marblehornets thread...
but i guess they're closer linked than each TTA video

well if you put your face really close to the monitor, it makes it look like you're walking through doors, and then the words closely look like a man (because it blurs when you put ur eye close) dunno if that helps..
okay one idea... it's saying look closely at the man. now, if you look at the entry 9 at around 2.20 the filmer goes in front of the camera, glances to the left - looking at someone? also, if you look at the pattern on the clothes of the director guy, he has writing on it (2.26) it says something like Engris of Jazz...? or something... can't make it out clearly. is it a clue?

I posted this in another thread but thought I'd try on here aswell.
Could someone place on vid over the other(example Operator) to see what letters are inside/ outside the boxes?
I'd do it myself except Audio editing/code cracking is more my forte
ED Can someone check this sample of Audio? It sounds like either someone speaking strangely before Alex starts running again but it's only audiable through the right channel on the Audio.
It could be just an animal of some sort but both times he stops in he sees SM

Marble Hornets has really caught my interest, so I started an account here to share my thoughts on the Regards video:
- I was playing around with the Regards audio in sound recorder. If you increase speed and reverse the sound, it is very clearly a song. Sounds like it has 10 notes. I'm not sure what the song is for - maybe totheark needed to generate noise for the video - but it might give us some insight.
- The first response features / (in ascii boxes), the second features \ (in the title), and the third features 0 (as a spacer). Put these three shapes together, and you get the operator symbol (an ellipse with an X through it).

Damn, that's nice work there...

Well, Its becoming clearer and clearer that this "operator" is playing a big role, but I really can't think of what it means, perhaps slender man is the operator? Seeing as the operator symbol was drawn on him for a head, besides that though, it doesn't make much sense. On another note, am I the only one who is reminded of that red wall by those blocks of slashes?

I don't see it - what parameters did you use for the speed increase?

Speed increase by 400.
The start of it sounds like a part of Bohemian Rhapsody :p Not relevant at all but thought I'd throw that out there

Here's the audio from Regards, reversed and sped up x4. It sounds like a clip from classical music.
It sounds like most of the distortion is in the left channel - the right channel seems cleaner. Is it possible to subtract the right waveform from the left?

The distortion is in both channels. It ALMOST sounds like Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria, but I'm not quite sure. I'll see if I can line them up any where.

The squares blink in a morse-code fashion:
12x12 blinks --. g
15x15 blinks -.- k
11x11 blinks --.- q
Alphanumerically, gkq translates to 7 11 17 - though gkq may have meaning on its own.
The title of 8 /'s may have some meaning as well. 7+1=8, so the mixture of 7's and 1's may not be a coincidence.

Someone check the flickering light in Deluge. I messed with some settings in quick time, and it did look A LOT like morse code.

Transcription I know that this video seems to be largely abandoned by now and that I'm a new user. However, I'm fairly caught up on the story and I have an idea. No one has transcribed the 10 note tune we hear in the background. I'm a music person (I'll leave it at that) and I could transcribe this - is that something we're all interested in me doing? Although the musical alphabet is only A-G, it could lead to something interesting.
Also, I discovered this last night and have spent every waking moment reading up on this. I'm a tad obsessed.
