If it helps at all, I do have editing permission on the old wiki from when JKatina, one of the admins of the wiki was around to give it to me. Though, I can't invite new people, so I guess we will need a new wiki.

Anyone with the ability to create a new wiki can feel free to do it, but I have made a last ditch attempt to save the old wiki by emailing its admin, DavFlamerock, using the email address from this page: http://marblehornets.wikidot.com/contact

Has anyone else tried this email yet?

Edit: Dav Flamerock replied to me and I am now an admin for the Wikidot Marble Hornets Wiki. Unless someone really wants a new wiki and is willing to take the time to make one, I can now invite new members to edit the old wiki. I just need your Wikidot account name.

I still feel like using the existing wiki is the best solution, since it's already established, linked to, and has content.

If you want to add me as an editor, my Wikidot account is the same as my username here, but I doubt I'll do much editing myself, unless I feel particularly inspired.

YES! Spacechicken you're great. I don't have a wikidot account yet, but I'll send you a PM when I do, so I can colaborate. I'm not registering now because I'm still ill, and the time which I can spend on my computer is extremely limited. But still, it's great news.

Oh gosh, I finally get around to checking my messages again and someone's been given admin. Well, awesome! If you guys can get the wiki up to snuff that would be amazing. You don't still need me to bequeath any new editing abilities to anyone, right?

I just noticed that we don't seem to have Talk pages or the ability to make "scratch" pages like MediaWiki has... this would be useful. It took a quick look at Wikidot's documentation, and it looks like adding these should be possible. JKat, any way you could look into that?

Also, editing the main page should probably be a priority. It's horribly out of date and says that Jay is still trying to figure out where the tunnel was. I think it would be better to keep date-specific information off of it, instead linking to an episode list, or something else that would be updated more frequently.

Alright, started editing some things. Mainly updated the timeline and the front page to show more recent stuff, but I'm starting to think the front page may need to be reworked altogether. Also, we need transcripts for a bunch of the more recent entries.

Good call, Zarggg -- that front page is pretty sad. In regards to Talk pages, I'll look into it.

For now, I'm trying a thing that will hopefully do away with this horrible need to authorize every single person who wants in on the wiki. It's almost crippled the wiki twice now and if I can't figure out a way to do away with it sensibly, I may just open the wiki to all and see how that goes. I am not sure whether or not it will work -- I'll need someone without membership to test it for me. Looks like Hylianhero has membership. How about you, baseballfuries?

Try going ti this page, http://marblehornets.wikidot.com/join , and clicking on the big JOIN button that should be there. (If it doesn't show for someone, let me know. It's not showing for me, but I think that's because I'm already a member, so it may be invisible to members.) Try joining up. It should ask for a password: enter "timburns".

Does that allow you editing capabilities?

Yeah, it works.

Another thing I think we should remorseless get rid off: The fucking spoilers. One of the "Observations and Theories" of the wiki spoiled me that Tim was Masky, and for the sake of my inocence, it hadn't even crossed my mind Evil or Very Mad

I remember being furious. Does wikidot has a "spoiler" thing like TvTropes? If it doesn't, I think we should remove them and then tear them apart in bloody pieces...
