I think it's pretty obvious that we are supposed to get in contact with Logan.

He said lots of stuff about contact in his posts and in the journal.

I WANT TO DO IT BUT I DON'T HAVE MY PHONE!

Whoever calls him, make sure to record the conversation.

Sad

Maybe not, then...

But I still think we're supposed to contact Logan.

If Mafkees's phone call turns out to be correct and not a technical problem: There were definitely pages in the notebook once the roman numerals started that didn't have numbers on them. Maybe they stood for zeroes and that's the right phone number? I don't have time to go through Dav's videos again to see where those would fall until later tonight, though. So if someone else wants to work on it, go for it. (I should probably get on making screencaps of the new notebook, I guess.)

edit 2:52 Mafkees, I got the same result from the number, so if there is a phone number in the notebook, the 215 number is not it. Either we need a different area code to the number we already found, or the pages with no numbers stand for zeroes.

With pages with no numbers as zeroes, we could have 806-300-5813. There's a page with no numeral on it between the arrow and the 8, though, so this might just be me trying to find a phone number where there is none.

That leads to a land line in Lubbock, Texas. I'm not sure I want to try it.

Just did. Got a "this is not a real number" answer. Looks like this wasn't a good lead after all.

I called it and it isn't a number. Guess we go through EVERY US area code, or get Dav to tell us where the package was from so we can pull local area codes from there, and start calling. I'll call to, if you give me the numbers. Very Happy

I think the numbers might all be there, we just didn't get a good look at all of them during the video.

That's the "arrow". Couldn't that easily be a sideways V?

Solution: Scanz plz kthxbai.

Actually, the number's pretty popular... It's relatively easy to tell which area codes it definitely isn't in, by which area codes show up in Google with commercial listings for the number. Still a giant pain in the ass, tho.

On the other hand, the area code may be elsewhere on the page, concealed as something else.

Or, and forgive me for saying it, it's not a phone number.

If we really are due to contact the number at some time on the 23rd, we don't have a lot of time to figure it out. Hm.
