A note about the watch: it seems like it's at about the same time it was when Logan posted the picture of it in the first entry. I also note this because the watch has a section for day and date on it, and it was Saturday the 16th in the first entry. The last time Saturday fell on the 16th was this past May, but the post wasn't made until July. So did Logan take the picture in May and not post it until July, and take another picture with his watch at the same time, or is his watch stopped, and if so, is it relevant?

Also, I'm free all tomorrow, so I can call if no one else wants to.

You can see the detail in the first picture of the watch back in the first post from back in July. You can't make out if the date is the same in the most recent picture, which is why I'm asking whether we think the watch stopped or not. The hands are definitely at approximately the same time in the new picture.

If nobody else is available to make the call tomorrow, I'd be willing to do it. I'm in the eastern time zone, and I guess one of the benefits of being self-employed is that I can stop working to do these kinds of things Razz

Whats the consensus? Tomorrow at 2:34 or 2:35 pm EST?

It looks more like 2:36:30 to me, but I wear a digital watch for a reason. /o\

Update: Logan's voicemail message is now just hysterical laughter. (When did this change? I haven't called the number in a while.)

No way am I calling. I'd have no idea what to do/ask. =P

Whoever calls needs to report their findings ASAP; I'm getting antsy.

I wonder what would happen if nobody called? Would the plot advance?

You know I should kick myself. I'm pretty sure thats the exact time I wrote in that forty page post I made a few pages back... yet I didn't bother to read it before posting that - I went off what everyone was talking about.

Regardless, if nobody else can or will call I'd be glad to - and I'll even do it at the correct time Razz

BaronVonCakeman: I'm assuming if nobody calls they will

a) let it die off
b) change the ending to reflect nobody calling and let him die or dissapear
c) give us another chance or new clues

Hopefully it's b or c if nobody calls but, again, I'm more than willing to call tomorrow if nobody else wants to so hopefully we won't have to find out

Good point. I'm thinking whoever calls should try to find a way to tape it - I know with incoming calls to my google voice number I can record it and then email the recording to people or post it on sites... but I think thats incoming only - I don't think I can tape outgoing calls the same way.

I wonder, if I called my own google voice line then hopped on line 2 at the office and called them, if I could conference it and record it? Would anyone actually want to hear that call? lol

seems like a lot of effort if nobody wants to hear it anyway. but it would be better than a transcript.

I'm a composer for video games, so I've got all the stuff I need to record a high quality file of me talking to Logan. I'll volunteer if you guys want to help me figure out what to say.

How do you talk to a crazy guy...?

I was going to try to record it through my google voice account, but those recordings suck. And I can't get out of the office to run home to make a phone call from my studio - plus how do you plug a Blackberry into a mixer anyway? =P

If you're not sure what to say but can record it, I'd be happy to do a conference call with you - this way at least one of us can keep the conversation going at any given time, and still record the whole deal. Plus it finally justifies the amount I spent to bring all these phone lines into my office, considering I'm rarely ever on the phone here. Wink

Also I think we should start taking suggestions from everyone as far as what we should ask. If anyone can think of anything, post it here and whoever ends up calling can use it as reference.
