I think it was kind of lame of the creators to just tell people they're both dead without any kind of proper sendoff.

^"Proper sendoff?" Can you define that? Logan's confirmed as dead in the final blog-post, and Joshua is heavily implied to die shortly afterwards. This can be deduced without the word of the creators.

Yes, because if you didn't catch it at first, the first time he rode and almost crashed into a businessman, that was Slendy. The second time, much worse must've happened.
