He is one of those who, um, has an empty cavity inside their skull, if you know what I mean. (I'm not that good at giving hints)

Voice.

Not sure what your question is ... that job listing appears in their 2009 group:

http://www.voices.com/jobs/2009/internet/250

This is just a theory/old saw of mine, but why allow your clients to delete old/outdated requests for voice talent when you can use their text to harvest ad dollars? The whole place seems kind of janky. A review: http://www.toddschick.com/VoiceTalentFAQVoice123.htm

I think I found the real reason Commander 14 doesn't like the Jejune Institute: they're competition! (Warning: not safe for work, normals.)

Dr. Hal (the voice of Commander 14) returns to his weekly live show schedule tonight! Come on down to Chez Poulet Gallery-Cabaret, 3359 Cesar Chavez at South Van Ness, OR tune in to RadioValencia.FM at 87.9 FM at 8:00pm.

Speaking of Commander 14, now I'm playing Half-Life 2: Episode One. It's sort of bothering me that Commander 14's voice is telling me about the Combine instead of about Eva.
