Hmm... how interesting. That building doesn't jump out at me as anything I've seen before. Should I immediately recognize it or something? Hahah. I guess our first step is to figure out where exactly that location is.

Personally it looks like some sort of train station, at first I thought it was a road leading into some building.

ED: I think it's just some sort of troll thing since when you click Sam Paro it leads to http://log.sparo.us/ which judging by the content, is just some sort of trolling site or something.

'log' is his web log, he just hasn't written blog like most would for the URL.

Anyway, it is a railway siding/garage in the video. Looks like rural England. And it looks mighty familiar. I'm not a trainspotter though, so I couldn't say for sure.

I know a guy who is, but I can't contact him at the moment. But my first two inclinations would be to say that it was the original building at the railway depot in Didcot (Before the town became over-industrialised) or one at Sellafield, but I can't get a good picture of either.

If it's the Didcot one, I'll go have a look round, just need a pic for confirmation.

It was found on 420chan's spooky section?

While this could certainly be a troll, the potheads at 420chan shouldn't normally respond to this with much attention.

Therefore, three options:
1) Troll is an evil genius.
2) Troll is out of touch with his targets.
3) It's seriously a game.

Who knows -- a very real game was orchestrated in 2008 on 4chan's /b/.

Sam Paro is just the designer of the theme used on that tumblr page. He's most likely irrelevant.

Looks like a trainyard to me. In the upper right, there are train tracks leading out, and the building looks like the kind that could house trains.

I don't understand, though; he says to 'let him know' but gives us no ways to contact him?

Seems fishy to me.

Well, I gave this my best shot. Have no clue where it could be, I agree it looks British but that's a pure guess. I've tried searching on just about every aspect but can't seem to spot it anywhere. Will be watching though!

Well I checked out the 'Designers' site and it mentions him giving away free themes for Tumblr so it seems unlikely he designed the game (if it even is one). Maybe we're looking for a friend of his that stands out? Maybe with a train related name?

Checked out the source for the 13 seconds page and came up with nothing, so either this failed, it never was a game or it hasn't been finished.
