You are a (pretend) family member.
You need to assert that you are a family member and do not want any surgery done. Tell her you need to discuss it first with the rest of the family but firmly tell her NO surgery is to be done.

 		I don't believe the hospital is necessarily targeting anyone. In my opinion Rhea is just a regular doctor trying to do her job and battling with an odd "family" who have not come to the hospital, only communicate with them through email, and who insist no measures the doctors (as professors) recommend in order to help their sick family members recover.

Yeah, I can see that too. I'm usually pretty untrusting of doctors. Maybe that is coming in to play. I need to loosen up a bit, I think.

4deg up? 32hours, 46mins, 22sec in the future? 383 (or 38 ) miles away?
13 deg north 54min 24-30sec is what I get from the clock. Gives at least one line on a globe...
Might explain the x too, representing the interesting of two lines to a point...
Option two is the 4 deg is a reference to a point in the sky, the sky is divided into 24 sections or hours. So in the North Hemisphere 13h54min24.3sec 4 deg up in 32h 46min 22sec from that moment and the happening is 38(3)miles away...

 		Though it's true that we may seem suspicious by just communicating with Rhea via email, I don't think that they could legally pursue surgery or EST without written consent from either the patient in question or a family member. Perhaps we should remind her of this? I'm going to try to establish communications with her, and see what happens.

But "Out in a hearse"? I don't know what TEDO means by this. Oh! I'm guessing it's a threat.

That sounds pretty good! When I looked at it again yesterday, I realised that it must be 4 degrees, since it was next to an angle.
If you are right about this, we might be able to track this with one of those planetary simulation tools, maybe? Not sure, if we have a point of reference, though.

Ok, I think you need to look at this .
The clompass (Shiny branded that name in chat Wink) shows latitude, the drawing is a different notation for longitude. I don't know how it works, yet.

 		Alright Im all caught up and ready for a jail break, or um what do you call this, anyway, Have any of you thought of attempting to act like you were Abie and Tyleans , umm well best idea i have is to say your thier laywer Nothing shuts a pushy doctor up faster than a threat of legal action..

Looks like our only option is to break them out. And we had better do it soon.

EDIT: Sent back an email saying that since their conditions were not life-threatening (as was stated in the first email from Rhea), I don't believe that their conditions qualified as urgent cases. Again, I don't expect it get us very far, but at the least it might buy us some time. Plus, I love arguing with characters! Haha Very Happy

 		After what zephusdragon said, I tried the clompass for latitude N and the drawing for longitude W (because it's shaped like one). The 383m are probably the absolute height.

I ended up in Tonomba, Djenne, Mali: placemark

If it's east instead of west, it is somewhere in Niger.

I don't know, maybe something is happening at either point as consequence of the Scattering. Confused

Blue suggested that this place could be different in the other dimension. It may even belong to a different country, seeing how surprised Eve was about the outcome of WW2.
The problem is, the only person right now that could research it, is Rhea Soutaine. Eve is no longer in her dimension and she has the same Google Earth that we have. Laughing

I have not used the 32h of the W symbol and I assumed 383m means milliseconds. So there might be some error. This might be the reason why the place is not on the island itself but slightly to the left.
