Also, Eve's full name, Eve T. Philomels, is an anagram for "help me solve it", which is in the base64 posted earlier.

I responded by explaining that time is "a document which can be rewritten" and hypothesized that Rhea's dad was a TEDO member whose urgent job got erased by the Isle of Man "revision" last time. This guess would make Rhea a likely TEDO member as well (although I didn't implicate her to OP, he probably wouldn't take that well lol).

For new players, TEDO stands for "Tesma Etermul Drehm Ohl" in the Language, which was a big part of the first incarnation. In English it's "Ancient Order of the Eternal Tesm." They wanted to use a few artifacts to gain the power to rewrite history to their liking.

The "good guys" Tylean and Abie instructed us and were proponents of the philosophy that history should play itself out, without intervention. Changing time, even for the most noble purposes like saving loved ones, has led to dimensional disasters such as the volcano eruption we've learned about today.

Y'all know how much I Luved being with you all last time. Well, this time I'm not getting any of the mails or getting any replies to my mails. For example, I can't even reference anywhere who "Eve" is.

Sadly, I've no time to spend figuring out why while being so much in the dark and have decided to pass on this adventure. You all know how much I hope it's a blast for y'all.

Okay, here's a brief catch-up of what has happened so far:

A man, O.P. Smith, iss contacted and given some addresses and information he really doesn't understand. All he knows is his wife and children have been abducted and are no where to be found.

A place called Evandale North (possibly in an alternate dimension) was struck by the affects of the Scattering, causing an earthquake that has caused a lot of damage and turmoil in the city. A hospital there with a large psychiatric facility took into its care two unknown people--Tylean and Abie--where they find some strange objects in their possession. They are locked away in the in-patient ward but manage to find a confidante with an IT admin named Eve, who is sent to try to understand some of the "strange technology" found on them.

Eve really doesn't know what the heck is going on but she does want to help the pair as she knows they don't belong there. Her full name is an acronym for "help me solve it." She passed along the written message from Abie to me and I gave her one to give to Abie--also written in the message. Before she could give it to Abie, however, she came across a woman looking exactly like the professor (Rhea) who works in the facility. The only difference being this woman is married, has children, and has been locked away in the ward as well.

I believe the woman and children are O.P.'s missing wife and children. Whoever abducted them (TEDO?) has been using the ward as a place to store "unwanted" people. Some people (maybe Rhea, but who knows) must know who Tylean and Abie really are.

tl;dr version:
O.P. wants his wife and kids back.
Tylean and Abie are trapped in a psych ward along with O.P.'s wife and kids. They have been "diagnosed" with Folie a Deux.
Rhea is a professor at the facility. She may be good, she may be bad, who knows! (She's probably gonna be bad.)
Eve is good and wants to help.
