 		Eve T Philomels = Eve, the IT Admin.
In the messages sent from Rhea were small notes telling us not to trust her. I'm not sure if they are from Rhea or not.
However, in the source of the front page of the hospital's website is a message in base64 telling us to e-mail "help me solve it."
Eve's IT Admin e-mail is also listed in the Contact Us page of the website.

At this stage, however, we believe that they require in-patient treatment due to the dangerous nature of their condition. As soon as they are recovered enough, We will discharge them into outpatient care.


Eve wants to help us free Abie and Tylean (and O.P.'s wife and kids too), but I need help in finding ways on how this could be done.
Honestly the only idea I've had so far has been to pull the fire alarm and then have Eve "evacuate" them to her car and drive off in the sunset. And somehow I don't think this will work as well as movies do.

 		New user but frequent lurker. I've been following this arg for a while. Got an email from Eve today that I thought you would want to see.

Welcome to uF CarpathianRoses. It would be helpful to others if you posted what you sent to Eve as well as "...what I've told you already" unless it's a duplicate of what someone's already posted. Thanks.

Guessing that Terrorists of Evandale District Organisation (TEDO) is another name for Tesmna Etermul Dhrem Ol (TEDO).

 		Alrighty. My previous conversation with Eve went as follows:

I recieved an auto-reply promising a speedy reply in the wake of the server problems. That email was:

It became something different, it started to corrupt patient files, then pathology results, then radiology results. It was terrible. The changes were so subtle that no one knew until it was too late. A patient died because the doctors got the wrong numbers for one of the tests. It was terrible, we started shutting down everything. But it even got into the back-up server and the e-mail server. Official e-mails were sent out to families informing them that their relatives had died, staff members were told that they were fired. It was terrible. We shut down the servers and got a deal with webs.com and gmail that we could temporarily relocate the most basic of functions to their servers. Because we haven't been able to isolate the virus at the moment, we have had to quarantine the back-up server, so what you see online at the moment is only a simple website to keep people informed of the updates. It's driving me loopy!

Hope the standard Qwerty ↔ Dvorak tool will prove useful in future. http://www.purplehell.com/cgi-bin/riddles/dvorak.pl.
Albeit it didn't work on the one small piece of code I refound.

Looks like this starts at the same break-neck pace the test game did...

I'd have to join amandel and Tresbien on this one...do you have any idea how inaccessible this must be to new players, if three devoted players of the test game don't even know what's going on after just ONE day??

Holy holiness. Web pages, videos, ciphers, emails, gmail chats. And then IRC? In just a single day. This time around, I can't see how they even got in IRC, have they been invited? With all this other stuff, IRC is a little much, I think.
Edit: Because of Blue's post, I thought those were IRC logs, but now that I clicked them, it's email. Phew.

I'll see what I can do, but I doubt I can keep up with this.
Surprisingly, these 5 pages are hardly ever filler!
But maybe this is just the first-launch wave and then things slow down a bit.

One thing is for sure, we need our own section. I requested one and I'm sure it will be up in a bit.



Just a few things:

The acrostic for Evandale North Outer-Urban General Hospital Information Technology Services is ENOUGHITS. "It's enough"? Yeah, it sure is!

I have to chuckle at OP Smith and his former cipher "experience". The ciphers are simple subs. It's nothing mysterious. But that's realistic. He used encryption on his job with a fixed alphabet. This is one step above and he is utterly confused. Razz

The cipher alphabet is the same for all of them. I still don't get why OP Smith added this to the emails and where he got it from. But if those are from TEDO, Rhea must be one of them, using the same cipher and cipher alphabet.

By the way...I am pretty sure Tylean and Abie both denied that they are father and daughter. Just saying, because I'm not sure if you use this for the sake of a cover story and that might confuse people. But maybe I am wrong about this...


Regarding the break-out:
I wonder if the Tribunal Hearing is the best place to get them out of there? Then again, Eve provided an extensive security overview of the institute. OOG that looks like the right track. Hm.

 		Just tried to put in all three cipher texts we got. At least I don't see the "you are the third" posted, anywhere. It's Kosmopol, right?

The cipher text attached to Rhea's email decodes to
Code:

do not let her kill them


The plain text "i" is the cipher text "o".

Idea
I guess the three emails were supposed to provide the cipher alphabet without cheating with a decrypting tool. Eve kept using the same alphabet on the Rhea email. She was given this alphabet by The Smiths. Tylean gave it to OP Smith. Finally, I made sense of this for myself. Smile

 		So much has happened on the first day I'm afraid it's driven some people away! If you have any confusion please ask (although a lot of us are confused too) and we'll try our best to clarify.

There are now two Wikis (because I can't put folders inside folders in pbworks--DUMB! Evil or Very Mad ).
Here is the old Wiki from everything that happened during the test game.

Here is the NEW Wiki from everything that has happened so far and to be used for what happens in the future.

In the new Wiki there is a page under summaries called Story So Far. Please feel free to update it, add to it, and edit it.

Currently, I think we are looking for a means of escape for Tylean, Abie, and OP's family. Eve--the IT administrator--is willing to help us. She has given us a layout of what goes on at the hospital, which can be found at the bottom of this page.
Right now it looks like this will be happening during the night shift.
