well, both threads died while i was at work, sadly.
I supose i will never know if it was a game or just an elaborated rickroll.
I'll just go back to read the spooky video one, i'm curious about it too.

What is that third link? It seems awfully odd (in an interesting way). If anyone knows, please tell me! I need to know if this one is an existing ARG, crackpot website or hoax. I'm reposting it to get it out into the forums more.

[TRAILHEAD?] VERY interesting webpage, timewaster? So there's another thread with a couple posts with this in but the OP of that thread wasn't a native english speaker and I wanted to get this page seen by the forums to see what it was.
I'm wondering if maybe this is already part of another ARG or if it's a waste of time, a lunatic with a computer or whatever but it's awful quirky and just begged to be looked at so to the guy who posted originally (forget your handle) thanks! I hope...
/EDIT: Merged to existing thread. Please do not create new threads for existing items. Thanks! -ndemeter

...973 is a New Jersey area code. Maybe this puzzle is a phone number of some kind?

The site is registered to a guy in Great Britain so Jersey is not likely. From what I can tell it is a ton of references to God in general, from all different kinds of cultures, with a Christian leaning. Lots of stuff on thos pages there but a lot of stuff repeats its self....

Good looking out.
If it is some kind of puzzle, or something encrypted, it seems logical that the heavily repeated stuff is the higher priority in it all. I wonder what kind of point the author/PM is trying to drive home.
Also, I noticed that a lot (if not all) of the images are in .GIF format. I wonder if any of them have multiple frames?

There's a lot of scripture passages, but it all seems very occult to me, don't know if anyone else agrees. There's so much of it that I couldn't really be bothered to read it all and I just skimmed initially but from what I saw it doesn't seem to lead anywhere except in circles, but that's part of the intrigue really.

the evocation page[on the main page, click the glow in the middle of the arrows] has alot of text, some images found in other places on the site[with titles{don't think they had them on the other pages}]
what seems closer to being instructions than the other pages, and, something that is making me curious,
EDIT: why is this thread called 749 anyway, the site is 973

Not a clue about the thread name, but the instructions still don't give away much. But there's so much on the pages it looks like we'd need a team designated to each page!

Lol, well so far from my skimming I've seen references to the bible, hindu scripts, mystic teachers, some occult Crowley-esque stuff and more numbers than I care to even think about. And the page that's linked at the top, I'm not even sure it's the first page in the cycle!
I found an index by clicking on a yin yang GIF and t was Index 5 of I don't know how many and it was long as hell, but it seems to lead to many of the pages. But this is insane!

I agree about the insanity factor. It's obviously labyrinthian in design... and in my opinion, nobody creates a labyrinth without wanting to see it solved.
What do the rest of you think? Is it worth attempting?

But where do we start? It seems a little too big for an ARG to me, I just get the feeling that the absolutley massive compilation of everything is too involved, would have taken too much time just for a game. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm not giving enough credit to the possible PM, but I'm not sure there's a Rabbit Hole to jump down. I'll keep checking back and if anyone has a breakthrough I'll jump back in on this one but it's just too much!
