i'm beginning to think my puzzle is defected, has anyone shipped their puzzle back to SW and found any problems with the manufacturing?
any information to help me get through the current stage im in (silence) would be much appreciated, please pm me, if there is anyone left who has opened their puzzle and still comes to this forum... thanks

I know I read some where that someone sent their puzzle in and something was bent inside. It was fixed and returned.
I also sent mine in over a month ago, no word back. I emailed Andrew Reeves about it and he said he didnt know off hand, that it was probably sitting on the "incoming shelf" waiting its turn. Unfortunately he didnt bother to actually look, so I wonder if I'll ever get my puzzle back.
I have mapped out the internals and am certain I know how to open the puzzle. PM me if you need a nudge in the right direction.

glad kinda glad i havent bought one of these yet. I tend to let my frustration get the better of me sometimes. So I am thinking with the way the internals are so delicate id be repeat repair customer.
.....I may have rage issues

If you love Chris's other puzzles, i'm sure you'll like his Ramisis as well. I am hoping SW has worked out all their issues on this puzzle. I'll let you know if they ever send me back my Ramisis.

i like the ramisis to, its just very frustrating when you put in alot of time and your not sure if your puzzle needs to be repaired. i shouldn't have to worry that i may be wasting all this time with a defective puzzle that will never open. its a very expensive puzzle and has had problems with the RVC and the locking mechanism. i shouldnt have to ship it back to the manufacturer and wait for months, let alone pay for the shipping, thats just ridiculous. its also discouraging when your emails don't get answered.
it almost seems that they went to production too soon, there were about a half dozen testers during the first production line. that doesnt make sense, SW should have sent the testers prototypes first, then debugged their product.
sorry to vent..

Just make sure you follow the advice. The revomaze needs no force to open

Good point. It actually needs the opposite to open.
