Hi all,

As many of you are aware, Melvin sent an email to the Deputies yesterday which he later recalled. We had originally thought that this was a slip up by the PMs, but as it transpires today, this is well and truly in-game. The email is as follows (spoilered to dissuade sneaky non-GU affliates reading it):

To my trusted deputies,

I regret that I have been terribly busy most of the day. Never a moment's rest. So far, my emails (both accounts) have been open nearly constantly, and I have been trying very hard to justify leaving the Purity Towers page "hacked" for so long. I fear we will have to revert to the original page design soon, thereby losing an opportunity to recruit more members. Does anyone have any ideas about what to do? Everyone's help is requested.

Party supporters should be watched very closely. Under no circumstances should we assume there is only one. Robbie is just a fraction of the supporters, I can assure you. It is essential to be vigilant. True Proscript supporters can be very sneaky. Yes, I'm saying this from experience.

To touch on the potential bloggers, you are all doing an excellent job recruiting them. One more person remains for you to contact. We should hold out for as long as possible before reaching him. Extra contacts are useful, and this person may prove to be invaluable as time goes on. Refrain from reaching him until it is absolutely necessary, however. Sometimes he is a bit uncomfortable with this mission.

Getting you his contact information directly is very nerve-wracking for me, and I am shaking even as I write this. Maybe, hopefully, you will understand my meaning. Always use your best judgment. I have come to trust all of you, and I cannot say how that has lifted my spirits in these dark days. Long live Levi and the Grotian Underground.

It's not known whether the new contact is Selvin or a wholly new contact, but the deputies' consensus is that we should use the email sparingly, and work on what we have already (ie. trying to crack Archie and Melissa).

 		For now it seems wisest to let amandel and the Recon Team investigate Living On The Inside. Please make any suggestions for communication directly to amandel, and let her and her team take the lead on this very sensitive matter.

We've decided to begin sussing this out right here with input from the whole group. The situation atm is fluid and we need to proceed very wisely with our new contact.

For the moment can all of GU consider themselves part of Recon and not scare off "Living" with out-of-the blue emails?
At least until we've all posted our thoughts about the above question, who do we think this is and how can we best persuade "Living" to help us?

Another scary thing to consider is that the last M.S./S.M. email told us to "assume the worst". Just Am, not Recon or such speaking now, but I don't want to be assuming the worst for "Living" in a weeks time because we made a hasty mistake.

One savy thing we all can do now is to try to work in the phrase Living on the Inside when we're talking with Archie, Melissa and those StickyItchers fellas. If you think you've got a bite from them, post it here for everyone to judge.

If you think it's too sensitive, just send a msg to any of your friends on the Recon team. We need your ideas, suggestions and thoughts here, even those which are contrary to how we have planned to proceed. Thanks very much from Team Recon.

Now that we've seen Phillip Thomas in the president's video, it seems a good bet that the retiring Surgeon General could be our Living on the Inside (LOTI). This encourages me greatly because as a physician he would have concerns about the welfare of all people. As new owner of the building, he will have access to all of the information about it, which may well become vital. Do still think that Am & the recon team should reach out to him first, and it makes sense for Melvin's deputies to greet him soon, too.

Very much like your idea that those in contact with Archie and Melissa should mention LOTI to see if they get any bites.

NB: 'the' is in bold because it doesn't make any sense. Not that any of this does. maybe we should put all the extra and/or misplaced letters and ROT them.

It's an extremely interesting read, espescially "The Tale of Gregory (aka: The Good Grotian)" in the 'favourite Proscript legend' section. Perhaps we could work with this?

No luck with that. The closest I came to sense was English->AlBhed + Rot12 giving "momma'mpqpdmufu".

I suspect there's nothing here to see.

Well done with that.If you are reading this, then you are reading the last information that will ever come from me.
InsidePurityTowers can be trusted. He is to assume leadership of the grotian Underground in the event of my demise,
and he must document his experiences in Purity Towers. There is a strict no video policy in the apartments, so he will need to work
quietly. Please explain this to him. He will be shocked and is unlikely to take this news well.
Through his descriptions, Recon must create maps of Purity Towers. Recruit Earl DeRosa of Sticky Itchers
(I recommended their soap specifically for this purpose) to place Levi Waltershield pamphlets along the walls of the Towers.
Randy Porknut is not someone we can trust to go to our side, judging from his past decisions. Earl will need these
pamphlets before he makes his first delivery.Com must encourage both Archie Rebel and Melissa Alsford to record their own
audio testimonials about their experiences with grotians. Com will need to create a video commercial using moving images to promote
the grotian Underground.Sab must assist Com with their commercial by finding some incriminating images on the Party website. Search
for them. They have not hidden them well.
This video should be held secret until Proscript Power Day, at which point it should be displayed everywhere Proscripts will see.

I'd always wondered how I had been able to get a place at Purity Towers. If he arranged for me to live here just so that I could protect him, I will never forgive myself.

I don't know what he means about the images. Pictures? Emotionally moving ones? He always used to talk about the way they named their photos on the Proscript sites. Maybe they've done something foolish there.
