I wouldn't nominate you for the pick-up person. Wink

In spying terms, it means a public place (like an old tree stump) where you can leave information for someone who knows it is there to pick up later. This means the two people exchanging stuff never have to meet or be seen together.

It's quite popular amongst Russian IO's

Oh ok i understand now, it's like the typical scene where to guys in trenchcoats exchange equal briefcases, hehehe.

Do you think it can actually be a real piece of information? Something tangible? We still have to crack the code. I believe the sentence about the motorcycle stuck under a train reveals where it is hidden, and the bastard son's wine must be what is hidden.

Random Thought

what if the italian motorcycle stuck under the train refers to a parked motorcycle at a train station and not an accident?

very public place - would work for a dead drop.

I don't know if this is relevant but there seems to be only one train station on Bordeaux called Gare Saint Jean

Bordeaux-Saint-Jean or Bordeaux-Midi is a mainline and main railway station in the French city of Bordeaux

A large metal viaduct, also built by Eiffel, carries the railway over the River Garonne. The two-track bridge is currently a bottleneck and is to be converted into a shopping centre, with a new four-track viaduct built next to it.

Hmmm a train station near a river in Bordeaux Question

Yeah, but I'm sure you can arrange to go with a SWAT team if you were so inclined... Wink

Anyway, we don't have any idea where this could be. None of the clues point to the US in the first place, so if there is a drop to be had my guess is that it's either in South America (where they have a very big contingent, so it makes sense) or in Europe.

Could a ski lift be considered a train?

But that motorcycle isn't "stuck" really.

As for a dead drop, I have a feeling it's between Patrick and Junko. I don't think it's something we're going to be involved with necessarily.

I've been reading the web Bruce found, but i'm afraid it's a real site, even the sponsors are real. I think we should be less literal, it sounds like a riddle. What can be a train with a motorcycle under it? Hmm

BTW, mr Dubrovin broadcasted again:

Alexander Dubrovin ha escritoHace 49 segundos
Be advised—if investigating drop point locations be extremely careful!

Yesterday Alfa Security apprehended 5 more terrorist supporters in Shanghai. These individuals were found carrying a large number of medical syringes full of still yet unidentified organic fluid enzyme.

A.D.

--------

Think this can be a clue? I doubt it, but i guess soon they will be interrogated and we will get new intel.
