I think a meta cipher system is what is used to create drama via the interwebs,

 		You know, it's really starting to get to me the way The Junsui are running this. At the start of the game, the whole thing had a very "us vs. them" sort of feel to it, but now it's not that at all. It's just a bunch of fanboys/girls repeating everything The Junsui say and going "what's going on?" while they only learn about new developments when The Junsui spout off our discoveries. There's only about twenty people actually playing (actively, I mean) right now.
