Anybody know what kind of camera is used to film TribeTwelve? I could use a good handheld camera that doesn't need to be carried with two hands because it's fucking huge.

Bit hard to see but none of these have been edited in any way. Even the ghost one! (I did however, fiddle with the shutter speed)

what kind of shutter speed, aperture, and ISO did you use on those shots? they're great!

Its a Lumix Panasonic DMC-TZ5 set to 'Starry Sky' mode with 15 seconds shutter speed(possibly 30 for some, I was doing quite a few imaged like that). The aperture is whatever it normally is for that camera(it says MEGA O.I.S./28 mm WIDE if that helps?) and I have no clue what ISO is.

I like taking photos but I don't actually have a clue about cameras. Very Happy

I saw this one on my tumblr dashboard yesterday, from Awake Alone Unafraid. I would say I didn't sleep, but I was already up waiting for Marble Hornets, so it just contributed to that.

When I posted the pic I thought it was supposed to be the Slender Man, but after some stuff that's been said in the blog, I think it's a completely different character... oops. I think. I like the Smiling Man, it makes me think of Splendorman!

I don't mean to derail here, but I can't seem to find any information on a specific "Smiling Man" anyone care to link me to some info about it?

Days Gone By

I was looking through some old family photos and found this one of my grandfather's school, circa 1905. Never seen it before but soemthing seems strangely familiar about it.

Sighting

I was out in the woods earlier with a camera. I t was a calm day but I swear something was making the branches move, I tried to take a photo of whatever was causing it but I must have missed it. If I didn't know better I'd say the trees themselves were moving...

Check the window on the right in the first pic.
Is that Slenderman? Or am I just seeing things?

Yup, he's in the window.

and he IS in the second pic, though maybe a bit harder to see than I intended. I can see him clearly but that's because I put him there.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You're looking right at him.Smile

Edit: If you're still stuck:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You see the closest tree? And the first darker one to the left of it? Now see all those thin fainter ones in between? Yeah half of those aren't trees.

In fact, I just counted. Only about 75% of the trees in this photo are trees. Very Happy

So that means it's more of a JAF style 9000 arms Slenderman?
