This is before masky comes into Jay's room

And this is after, when he's not in bed anymore.

It's too hard to make out with the distortion when he's actually in there, but what this means is:

If you think it's slendy: a) it backs up the idea that he's controlling masky with the doll thing, and b) and that he's still around in 'part 2' as it were
If you think it's masky: then he waited for him to go to sleep. Which doesn't make sense, if he's trying to scare him, but sort of makes sense if he wants to take him away. Still doesn't account for why he's outside the window after he's gone, though..
Or you don't see anything and think it's an illusion created by the blinds.

Did a quick edit to make it look like the head was more than a blob of color - think I failed. Also replaced the reserve seal with the Operator symbol.
