I really don't think we should forward the message. That, or we should omit certain details.

I was thinking about that. We have to remember that if this has the importance it seems to, forwarding it will seriously disturb our neutrality. Plus we don't know much about this new guy we're corresponding with.

I told him to trust us and let us analyze whatever intel we retrieve until we have a clear message. Maybe that buys us some time. My myself, i'm clearly on the MoT side, but this last message from Dubrovin realy left me dazed.

It's the result of investigating one of the leads in Chile.
Also: could someone PM it to me as well.

It's about the 2 drops in Santiago. And you sir, may be eligible for a one in a life-time opportunity to reeeeeeaad the secrets from the Junsuiiiii (the crowd explodes) Yes, you sir!
I'll pm tomorrow the info if the first drop is in our possession, and you may be on the list, AAT among some handpicked ones. The idea is then to decide what to do with the info and then make it public once its purpose is met.

We're not releasing it to Yuri until we derieve actionable intelligence, correct?
You know my lips are sealed.
Like I said, as long as Yuri doesn't ask me to pick up a dead drop in Sadr City or Grozny, we should be perfectly okay.
(I'd still pick up the drop, but I'd pitch one hell of a fit about it. )

I might remind you that (fortunately) Yuri's not the one we're dealing with right now.

Could you give me a quick gist of the current situation, and a contact for the liason? I'll backtrack tonight (today has been a madhouse here).

Basically we've received clues that there were two separate dead drops in Santiago (you may already know this), which we had a few people work on yesterday and today. They think they have both of them, but we're uncertain about 1 of them. The one we're not sure about needs to be grabbed, and we've been told to bring cameras, but people are worried about this. So far the results of the first drop have only been shared with a couple people, but they are planning to PM it to more (I assume you'll be one of them, I don't know if I am). We're no longer working with Yuri, and his boss Ivan Grossman is talking with us now. Grossman is MoT, NOT A-T. I don't remember his email but I think it follows the convention for MoT emails. Little can be done right now until the drops are deciphered. Grossman has asked us to forward him the drop finds, but there's discussion about whether this is beneficial to us.

well, I just emailed Mr. Grossman introducing myself, with the same conventions for his email as Dubrovins, and I haven't recieved a mailer daemon notice so hopeefully it worked. We'll see if he's responsive to me. Building trusting relationsihps to the liasons is key. I had a hard time doing that with Yuri, after the jack assery. Got better when we started talking soldier stuff though

If you have one of the two pieces of the Junsui message, I need to get a copy. Not sure why I didn't ask more specifically before. Facepalm.

I think we can all agree Yuri was a tool. Hopefully Grossman will be better.

When it came down to talking combat deployments and other soldier stuff, he was cool. but as far as social interaction with civilians goes.... That's where the D-Bag came into play.
Which I can understand from first hand experience. After being in combat, you have a subconcious way of dividing people into two categories; Soldiers, and Civlians. Similar to how we can feel about those actively looking for information vs. Fb lemmings.
