Hi, I am from Spain, so I can't go to the places, but I've got an idea:
Follow the CURRENCY of the Khozains until it ends in KNOWLEDGE. ESPASA holds the secret of LITTLE BIRD in YAMANTAU.

We should go walking from the Currency of Kozhains (Palacio de la moneda) by the MONEDA STREET (Moneda = currency) and Arrive to the KNOWLEDGE (Santiago's Library, at MATUCANA st, 151).

So, we must forget everything related to the first part, I mean, Currency f the Khozains until it ends in Knowledge, an think about ESPASA HOLDS THE SECRET OF LITTLE BIRD IN YAMANTAU.

I send you a link with the travelling Smile, and I will centre on the espasa (I've got it at home Smile )

Un saludo

"Later, given assurances from a purportedly confused and apologetic A-T contact, I was finally told to meet with a contracted valet at a city library. A rather odd place to give someone confidential legal documents and their plane tickets for a flight to Manaus? "

City library???

As you may know, I was sent to Chile on urgent business to meet with a high-level government official. What you do not know is that when I arrived at his office, I was told that the person in question was not there, because someone from Alfa-Tsentr had already cancelled the meeting. I immediately called my contact at A-T to ask why I had just flown 5000 miles for no reason. This was a very unusual event in a company that prides itself on professionalism. They informed me that my task had changed. The next day I was told to meet with a contact in one of the city's myriad parks. I left my hotel near the the Palacio de La Moneda (where, I am told, there are still bullet marks in the wall from 1973) and caught a cab near a subway station on the Avenue of the Liberator.

I really hope someone's checked this subway station by now. Confused

i know where he was... but it's not a proof...
the only proof related to the library is this one
"I was finally told to meet with a contracted valet at a city library. A rather odd place to give someone confidential legal documents and their plane tickets for a flight to Manaus? "

we can be sure he hide the "package" there...

For those posting in spanish please include the same post in english. Use google translator or babelfish if need be. thanks.

and it is important to focus on the game...not the conversation. this is not facebook.

I hope you're right, I really do, but I still can't find a connection between your subway station theory with the ESPASA clue.

If it's not the subway, then I also think we should consider Biblioteca de Santiago (Av Matucana, 151, Santiago, Chile).

Dubrovin said it was a city library, and Biblioteca de Santiago is literally just down the street, so it still fits with the puzzle and all the clues. In fact, it might make even more sense, since it's right at the end of Moneda St.

Might be worth checking the Enciclopedia Espasa there if we hit a dead end.

Could this be like the Brooklyn thing where someone who works at the location has the info and is waiting for a keyword?

What we need to do is consolidate our information. We have too many ideas and too many facts floating around in the past 10 pages.

The bliblioteca de Santiago also seems to be close to a park. Yeah, I guess it's the library after all.

FOR THE ENGLISH SPEAKERS: try to understand, the drop is about to be found! we're thinking fast, still there are a lot of options. When something makes sense, someone will translate it for sure.

Help me summarizing the possible places

-Universidad de Chile station (inside, outside)
-BIBLIOTECA NACIONAL (national library)
-Centro Cultural la Moneda (museum attached to the government's house)
-ESPASA, the editorial house

i suggest:
- Casa Central de la Universidad de Chile (the "knowledge" itself), it has a library at one side and LOTS of bookstores on the right.
and Centro Cultural la moneda like one person said

There is one problem... at both ends of that street there's a Library ;] (well, the Nac a bit moved from the end...)
